Gut - mit dem Charme von früher
Pros:

Sehr herzlicher Empfang (hierfür noch einmal "Vielen Dank" für die mir namentlich unbekannte Dame!)!, Zimmer wie gewünscht erhalten (oberste Etage), mit Blick auf den See, sauber, schön "retromäßig" eingerichtet - wie das ganze Hotel.
Das Hotel ist sehr gut per Bus erreichbar (das Frühstück habe ich nicht probiert).

Cons:

Es sind die kleinen Dinge, die oftmals das "Glück" stören: Die permanent laufende Lüftung im Badezimmer (die sogar im Zimmer zu hören war), die kaum abschließende Zwischentür zwischen Zimmer und Flur, dass das Zimmer mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Tisch und schönem Sessel doch nicht eben groß ist (es wäre mir zu zweit zu klein gewesen), dass die Zimmer im Vorraum zwischen Zimmertür und "Schlafzimmertür" durch eine Zwischentür verbinden sind kann bei einer bestimmten Nachbarschaft störend sein und schade, dass es, abgesehen von den wenigen Sitzgelegenheiten im Foyer, keine Sitzmöglichkeiten außerhalb des Zimmers gibt.

Die Lage ist ein Grund für den Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage am See ist recht ruhig, die Anbindung mit dem Bus an das ÖPNV ist sehr gut, die Nähe zur Stadt ist klasse.

Cons:

Das ist alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Dusche in der Badewanne, Anbringungen des Duschkopfes fällt runter, Sessel total verschlissen, Temperaturschwankungen des Wassers...

Möglichkeit auch früher bereits das Zimmer zu bekommen; Möglichkeit das Auto auf dem Parkplatz auch nach Check out noch stehen zu lassen. Sehr guter Service

Die Lage (Messenähe) war für uns sehr gut, und auch für einen Spaziergang geeignet.

Exzellente Nähe zum Lützenseepark, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, gut gepflegtes Schwimmbad mit einer ausreichenden G

Die Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich sehr willkommen

Cons:

Es ist nur eine Kleinigkeit, aber man sah den Möbeln in meinem Zimmer ihr Alter etwas an, die Oberflächen sind etwas aufgesprungen.
