Muy buena atención.
Me gusto la ubicación, muy tranquilo en los alrededores y cerca de un shopping.
El desayuno es completo y muy variado.

Hotel com ambiente agradável, ótima área de estar junto à recepção. O segundo quarto (luxo) é bem confortável, ótima cama, tanto o quarto quanto o banheiro são bem iluminados e arejados.

Os chuveiros são péssimos, dão banho nas paredes e não em vc....
O quarto standard tem travesseiros bem desconfortáveis e a mobília precisa de uma repaginação.

O hotel possui um charme especial. Trata-se de um dos hotéis mais antigos e conhecidos da cidade, por isso possui um charme todo especial. O atendimento dos colaboradores é excelente.

Travesseiros com cheiro ruim, parecia que as fronhas nao foram lavadas. Chegamos na madrugada apos um evento e batemos varias vezes na porta de entrada e nada! Na quarta vez atenderam. O cafe da manha eh excelente e a localizacao muito boa.

The hotel is large and quite central and next to what they call a ‘park’ (in fact, a small area of trees around a deep depression of the terrain).
The room 511 is large and the double bed comfortable.
The hotel is old and lacks maintenance. The seal holding the large window glasses in the bedroom was crumbling and full of fungi. We witnessed one large window glass tumbling down from some floors above, crushing loudly against the external wall and smashing onto a building roof below (1st March 2026). Definitely not a ‘luxury’ room, no matter what it says on line…
The WIFI lacks security, so customers are left at the mercy of hackers. No lockers in the room. The small fridge was empty, not even a bottle of water inside.
Although it claims to be a ****hotel, the swimming pool was not maintained, dirty and full of leaves. Also, if is next to the breakfast room, so not really an agreeable place. The breakfast is ‘passable’.
The hotel is expensive for what it is.
