I can never tire of saying what a great place this is to stay.
Pros:

We had, yet again, a fabulous stay here. A garden room, with enclosed back yard, was just ideal for the dogs. Every member of staff was friendly, efficient and professional. That is not by accident...it must come from the top and be supported by all staff.

Orla, Maykela, and alllll the staff.....everyone at the hotel- your kindness, care, attention to detail was outstanding. You made the weekend for our whole family so very very special. Not what i expected
Pros:

Beside the sea and large bed

Cons:

Heating, no vanity mirror of qox or 20x which i need these days. Hair dryer cable didnt stretch to where mirror was. Fridge 2as so noisy we plugged out. Bathroom was cleaned but looked old with black marks around shower tray. I guess i was expecting more from the price and being a spa hotel but spa was not included in price and no pool so really it felt like a bog standard hotel. And the breakfast was horrible. Juice fake stuff. I didnt even bother with breakfast on day 2. Went to a garage instead. Thats a first for me! Actually... the young staff didnt appear happy... there wasnt much of a happy vibe... disappointing.

Disappointed
Pros:

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. We had booked it as a special trip for my fiancé’s 30th birthday and had contacted the hotel in advance to let them know. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment at all—no card or small gesture—which was very disappointing given the occasion.

The issues didn’t stop there. Several basic amenities in the room were not working, including the hair dryer, the phone, and the TV. The room itself also did not match the photos advertised online, which was very misleading. There wasn’t even a lock on the bathroom door, which is completely unacceptable.

We had specifically paid extra for a sea view room with a balcony, but when we raised concerns, the only solution offered was to downgrade us. The staff were unhelpful and showed little interest in resolving the situation.

Due to the number of issues and the lack of support, we ended up leaving after just one night, even though we had booked for two. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and not at all what we expected for such an important occasion.
