Ik heb veel betere hotels gehad voor de zelfde prijs en minder.
Pros:

Parkeren, ruime kamer

Cons:

Een beetje misleidend op boeking, Spa was de eerste dag dicht ivm onderhoud 2de dag had ik geen afspraak gemaakt (was niet verteld) veer oudere gasten die allemaal voor de deur(en) zaten te roken geen prettige ervaring daar steeds door te moeten.

The view was amazing and the food was excellent

I arrived late and still had to wait over an hour for my room,I had asked for an early check in for 1 but it was 4pm before I actually got the key,I find this unacceptable ,when when I eventually did get my room there was several maintenance issues, which I reported to the front desk, electric sockets broken and not working, glass bath screen, overhead bar not secure (this is a major accident waiting to happen) hair dryer broken etc,the other issue i have is staff in the restaurant when you call a member of staff and they see you but still put there head down and walk by you this is bad training for staff in a 4 star hotel, I have worked with the public and we were always told to look straight at the customer and tell them politely that they will be with you shortly, but when when 2 or 3 members of staff ignore you then it gets frustrating, all in all though I loved the hotel, food and views where top of my list,staff training in some areas need looking at ,maintenance is a big issue which needs to be looked at they are all easy fixes and can avoid injury claims in the future,one thing I must say the cleaning staff were exceptionally good at there job place was spotless and they were very polite, they deserve a raise maybe some of the other staff could take a leaf out of there book.all in all I did enjoy my stay and would go back.

Great location but a bit of a let down.

Cons:

Staff in reception and the bar were not friendly. It took from 245 to 6pm to get checked in.
Wedding reception was in the bar and this made seating very scarce. Not very relaxing.
Shower in our room needs attention…pool of water At one end.

Disappointing as it was for a special occasion

Way overpriced for a box room not even in the main hotel, the room was beside the smoking area and with a wedding on was not ideal as we were woken every 10 mins till 5am, aswell as the window not fully closing, disaster stay.

Dreadful. Don't waste your money
Pros:

We had to check out at 4.00am early due to the hotel being packed out with other guests who were making so much noise we only got 1 hour sleep. My wife is 27 weeks pregnant and was terrified. The guests were acting drunk and made so much noise we had to leave and couldn't sleep. I need a refund!

Cons:

The noise, the staff weren't friendly and we had to wait for a few minutes for someone to even notice we were at the desk waiting to check in and out. The noise in the hotel and outside hotel was so loud myself and my wife couldn't sleep so had to leave at 4am. My wife was terrified

Good location
Pros:

Location is great

Cons:

Check in is at 3 and we did not get in until 345pm.
If we had been apologised to maybe we would have accepted this but we didn’t.
We had a special family party dinner booked for 430pm so it meant less time to get ready
