Great Value Stay in Excellent Location
Pros:

The staff were excellent—friendly, welcoming, and with enough English to make communication easy. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was much appreciated, especially during the warmer weather.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to buses and many attractions and restaurants within walking distance, making it a great base for exploring the area.

There is no room service or daily room cleaning, but this wasn't an issue as fresh towels were provided every day. The beds were comfortable, although the pillows were quite hard and may not suit everyone.

The windows were blacked out and offered no view, but this wasn't a major concern given the price.


Overall, this is great accommodation for the cost, offering clean, comfortable rooms and helpful service at excellent value.

Cons:

Summer time the rooms got quite hot but the air-conditioning cooled the rooms down quickly.

The place to sleep à Kyoto !
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est IDÉAL, nous avions booké une nuit….sous le charme de Kyoto nous sommes restés 3 nuits de plus.
L’hôtelier et son personnel ont été arrangeants.
La chambre très sympa et confortable, de très bonne taille et propre.
Serviettes changées quotidiennement.
En bas un petit établissement pour prendre son déjeuner, en face un konburi. Des restaurants vraiment partout et c’est central pour faire les visites. La station de métro keihan gion shijo est à 5 min à pied.
Bref, nous recommandons à 100 % .

Die Lage ist großartig direkt am Ginza Viertel und man kann die wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten direkt per Fuß erreichen.

Pros:

Mi è piaciuta molto la gentilezza dello staff, la camera grande e pulita (nonostante pulissero ogni tre giorni, ma in ogni caso gli asciugamani venivano sempre cambiati insieme alla spazzatura), la posizione di fronte a Lawson e alle maggiori attrazioni.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto l’odore non particolarmente positivo nei corridoi angusti del piano.

Pros:

Lovely little hotel in a good location. Clean and nice touch with pyjamas. I liked the foldable hairbrush. Pleasant staff. Good value for money and would stay there again. Coffee bag was good.

Cons:

Shame there was no facility for breakfast but we were only there for 1 night and left quite early.

Pros:

Habitación cómoda y amplia, a 10 minutos de estaciones de metro y unos 15 min de zonas comerciales y de interés. Supermercado en la puerta. Te dejan pijama y zapatillas en la habitación y demás utensilios de baño en recepción. (Tienen más opciones en un catálogo que encuentras dentro de la habitación, como almohadas etc)
La limpieza de la habitación es cada 4 días pero puedes dejar las toallas fuera cada mañana para que te las cambien. En general muy buena experiencia.

Amazing location
Pros:

I loved this hotel! The location is amazing, very close to the main area of Gion. Beautiful room, friendly staff and there's a Lawson directly opposite

Cons:

Pillows - typical Japanese pillows filled with beans, my head and neck can't deal! Also, it was slightly difficult to find.

Well positioned in Gion. Very quiet. We had a twin room which was very spacious for Japanese standards. Would fully recommend it.
