Very good place to stay in Kyoto
Pros:

Location is amazing. You are in between old and new Kyoto. Can walk in Gion to explore everything and right in 10minute walk you have access to everything

受付のスタッフは感じが良かった。また、最初に通された部屋は、外国人の方のポマードの匂い?体臭が残っており、部屋を使うことが難しかったので、部屋チェンジをお願いした。次の部屋は広くて快適だった。

Excellent lkocation! The receptionists were very polite and helpful. We had an issue with the delivery of our luggages from the previous hotel in Tokyo and they helped us a lot.

Perfect hotel choice for a Gion stay!
Pros:

The space of the hotel rooms was a nice surprise! The rooms had little sofa sections as well as wardrobe space and bed space.

Great place to stay in Kyoto.
Pros:

Staff were super friendly, took our luggage to our room for us while we waited.
Perfect spot to see the Gion district without putting too much on the legs.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind, incredible spot.

Kyoto Gion Ubell Hotel Exceeded all our Expectations
Pros:

The location was absolutely perfect!! It was in a beautiful part of Kyoto and we were able to walk to cafes, restaurants, the City and temples. Our room was spotless and the beds were so comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us on a few occasions. We hope to one day return to Kyoto and, when we do, we would make sure to stay in exactly the same accommodation. It was amazing!!

Cons:

We loved everything about this place and couldn't think of anything we would change.
