No free breakfast, " I thought I booked hotel with free breakfast". Hot tub wasn't working, very disappointed in that.

Pros:

It is a nice property, their fire alarms were malfunctioning and they went off Friday 8/8 at 530 am and 10 am and then again the next morning at 130 am. The room next to ours was one of the malfunctioning alarms and they couldn’t get it to shut off for about three hours. We were on a quick getaway due to family illness we weren’t able to get away longer. I needed a break due to a cancer bout of my own this year. This was less than relaxing and because I booked with a third party they were not able to give me a refund.

Quiet, comfortable stay
Pros:

Room was very clean and comfortable. WiFi was easy to connect to and use. Surroundings were quiet at night. Bed was very nice to get a good night’s sleep. Parking was convenient as there were numerous spots to park close to the entrance. We had one day of maid service, which was appropriate for our stay (4-nights). We liked the pump bottles of shampoo and body wash in our shower.

Cons:

In room refrigerator did not keep our drinks or food cold (it worked but never got cool/cold). No in-room literature or convenient online link to look up local places to eat.

It is a dump don’t stay there
Pros:

The the curtains were ripped. The whole smell like mildew. The room sprinkler was rusted which is a fire, hazard, garbage cans had no bags in them. It was a real dump I paid top dollar for a terrible experience and room

Fireplace, fire pit were nice.

Cons:

The jacuzzi was out of order. Advertised bar and restaurant no longer exist. No coffee or tea offered in the main lobby. Staff member speaking negatively about another guest who was upset the jacuzzi wasn’t working, as that amenity was why they visited there.

The customer services were exceptional! All the staffs were awesome!

Cons:

* The jacuzzi was NOT working. We were looking for relaxing in the jacuzzi. It was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. I called a week before just to make the jacuzzi was wo, and the was yes.
* The breakfast was terrible 😕 If the coffee was cold. The bagels were old. Please don't pay extra for breakfast. Use your money in some place else.
