Can’t complain. Served its purpose and lived the indoor outdoor pool
Pros:

The property was close to everything. Walmart, Old Navy, Marshall’s, Dollar Tree, tons and tons of restaurants.

Cons:

The bathroom was not entirely clean when we arrived. So that was a little problematic. But everything else was really nice. Can’t complain

Stay away, a huge ripoff!
Pros:

The hotel is in a commerce park, no restaurant but lobby food, coffee was $3.00 a cup for self serve. On our second day we asked for a bathroom refresh, after 3 requests over a 12 hour period they gave us a few more towels. Tub wouldn’t drain, tiny room that had seen better days all for the outlandish price of $670.00 a night! Stay away!

Cons:

We asked for a bathroom refresh at 9am, the housekeepers were right next door, called the front desk, can we get a bathroom refresh? Certainly. 3 hours later, call the desk, no bathroom refresh. Sorry sir but I wasn’t even on at 9am, well can you and come do it now? Yes sir! Back at 9pm, no bathroom refresh. Call the desk, well we can’t do anything about the refresh now sir, it’s too late! Room was over $600 a night. Why so much, we weren’t expecting this kind of quality was asked as we were checking out. Well this is Newport in the summer sir, I said no it isn’t, this is Middletown in an industrial park!

Pros:

We loved the location, just north of Newport with easy access to all points of interest. The staff were amiable and informative. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

There was no daily towel service. There was no notice of this in the room nor was it mentioned at check in. With 4 people traveling, we each showered the night we checked in, then noticed the used towels still on our bathroom floor the next evening after a full day of activities. Ugh. I went to the front desk to ask about the lack of service and to obtain clean towels. Apparently, the fact that towel service is available only upon request is at the very bottom of the letter given at check in.

The bathroom was generally clean, but definitely needs more attention to details. The A/C kept the room bearable, but it needs maintenance as it didn't keep the humidity levels down. This was mentioned at checkout as we stayed only 2 nights.

Extremely disappointing experience.
Cons:

Very poor customer service. They tried to charge me twice for a reservation that I had already paid for through Booking.com. The air conditioning in the room was not working. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. (June 17–18, around 5:00 PM.)
