まぁ、こんなものかな。
Pros:

静かでした。
コンビニがすぐ近くなので助かった。
入口で暗証番号を入れ間違えたら、すぐにスタッフが出て来てくれた。

Cons:

デスクの造りが弱く、ぐらぐらしていた。　
二泊したが、Tea pack は一つしかなかった。
予約時の Net site では、パジャマ　と書いて有ったが、パジャマは無かった。
行き方（例えば、京都駅から市バス５０系統で、＊＊停留所で下車、・・・）がよく分からなかった。

Agradable y comfortable
Pros:

La ubicación y la tranquilidad del lugar. El staff es muy amable con los huéspedes. Me permitieron entrar antes de la hora el check-in.

Pros:

Good location, clean, laundry available on site. One wash & dry cycle was enough to get my clothes washed and dried (usually, I have to re-run the dry cycle), cash for coin exchange was available at reception. Staff was professional.

Cons:

The room was a bit smaller that I'd prefer but not complaints otherwise.

Excellent Japanese style room with very nice bathroom. Nice mattresses but beware of thin futons if having 3 or 4 peopl
Pros:

The Japanese style room was more spacious than I expected for the price, with a very large genkan (entrance area) which made coming in and out with suitcases easy. There was enough space to lay all our suitcases open. It was also a very new and stylishly designed room. The bath and toilet were very nice, clean and new.
The two mattresses were quite comfortable.

Cons:

The futons for 3rd and 4th person were far too thin and would not have been suitable for adults. Luckily we only had kids sleeping on the futons.
