It was an amazing hotel very beautiful but the restrooms were horrid

It was very roomie and spacious beautiful interior but horrid restroom

Cons:

That’s our restroom in room 220 had black mold and rotted boards

Pros:

Location is central to many food and shopping opportunities. Close to 101 Fwy. Dog area.

Cons:

Carpet in main areas is very very dirty. The ac wasn’t working properly.

disappointing, smelly room, only one elevator far away. The lobby was nice, the bed was comfortable.
Cons:

My room smelled musty, they did come by with an odor neutralizer but it didn't work. I found a hair on the toilet and the sink I did not feel it was cleaned thoroughly. Only one elevator on the other side of the hotel, so even though I paid for a pool view i had to down grade at the same price because my mom has a walker and the walk from the elevator was very far.

Because my 1st stay was ok, I would stay at your hotel again
Pros:

My first stay from May 10th-14th was great

Cons:

My 2nd stay from May 17th-21st was ok. There was peculiar odor in the room. I tried various products to minimize the odor but it didn't go away. The shower curtain also smelled of mildew. Other than that, the stay was ok.
