Lobby and staff are great. Disappointed with rooms is all I can say.
Pros:

Location close to our Saturday wedding.

Cons:

Room 177 is smelly, old musty! Bath towels had holes. Bath tub wouldn't drain while taking a shower , had to have maintenance come. We had 8 rooms booked, all had issues

My stay was very comfortable. The room was very nice and clean.
Pros:

Enclosed and very comfortable and secured. Wasn't sure about the dining area time. I was told that Bristo Resturant was available for guest staying at Sonesta. The location was good and easy to get to my destinations with no problem.

Cons:

No signs posted as to where the ice machine is located. The coffee creamer packs for coffee in the room curdle when the creamer was put in the coffee. It would be convenient to guest to have coffee set up with accomendants in the lobby.

Hotel was easy and accessible

Cons:

Hotel wasn’t what is shown kn photos. Paid more for what I tonight was getting a step in shower but turns out still only got a basic tub n shower. Ac unit and toilet where beyond loud when in use as well

Pros:

I loved the lobby felt welcoming!!

Cons:

The hallway to the rooms Smelled like dogs
the room looked decent until we sat down and noticed stains on furniture
Once walking into the restroom we noticed mold in the shower I mean it was comfy to sleep there and felt safe great area maybe I just got a bad room I would definitely go back and give it a second chance

The service staff is great, the beds are comfortable and you can relax at the nice swimming pool.

Cons:

The carpets on the room and the hallway are so dirty, they need to replace them or clean them.

The price was comparatively reasonable and the location was good. I hope to stay again.
Pros:

My stay was comfortable, quiet, and restful which is what I wanted. The property was close to where I wanted to be. The room was near the elevator and stairwell which was convenient for me. The bed and couch were comfortable

Cons:

The tap water had a strange smell to it. The window and screen were very dirty and the toilet was a little loud. The AC was quite loud too. The check in and out were very formal.
