The property presents some inconvenience when attempting to get to the aforementioned hospital. While I understand having a concrete barrier in the median of both streets going east/west and north/south cannot be changed, it would be very helpful to provide access to the road to the east where there is a traffic light. I believe it is Cass St. Please open up your parking lot on the east to allow vehicles to drive east to access Cass St.

5/10 worst holiday inn express and suites room I’ve ever stayed in.
Pros:

Breakfast and location was great!

Cons:

Our ceiling was falling off every night while we showered. The bathroom doors automatically shut and no one ever came to look at it or fix or move us to another room!

There was a horde of unsupervised middle school aged boys taking over the lobby the entire time we were there. They were playing video games in the “business canter” and were so loud. I kept waiting for staff to take care of the situation…

Pros:

Like? Nothing.

Cons:

The heating/air conditioning unit did not work. I could not log on to the internet because the signal was nearly non-existent. Small children up and down the hallway making noise at 11:4t5 PM. A very unpleasant experience.

Cons:

It appeared that some of the rooms had people living in them permanently. The trim around some of the doors leading into room rooms was cracked and door coming off the frame. The front desk person had difficulty checking us in since our reservation was through Booking.com.

I look forward to staying here again.
Pros:

Location- near Methodist Hospital; also, the beds, pillows, and bedding were really cozy. The pillows made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud.

Cons:

Getting in and out of it with islands separating the direction of traffic. It was impossible to enter from 90th headed south. So I made a left turn onto Dodge heading east and had to go a few blocks farther than I wanted to before I could find a place to pull in and turn around. Also, the bathroom door squeaked so loudly it made it difficult to sleep thru the noise of the other who was “prepping” for a colonoscopy. I advised front desk staff the next morning.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Have stayed here for the past 3 years, and it has been a great experience every time. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The rooms are very clean. Has a great atmosphere. Will stay here every time we visit. Highly recommend.

Cons:

The only thing I can complain about is that our door to our room did not close properly . That is a minor fix.
