It was nice and relaxing.
Pros:

Our room was clean, staff member at the desk was cordial, and the hotel overall and property was very well taken care of.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was when we were leaving, I wanted to speak to the staff member at the desk but there was no one around. I rang the bell 3 x and waited, but no one appeared. I wanted clarification on whether the safety deposit was put back on my credit card.

Ok for one night
Pros:

It was in a location we wanted. It was fairly clean overall

Cons:

Bed a little uncomfortable, no stopper in sink, bath small, no breakfast or even coffee in lobby. Room coffee bad.

Very convenient location for when we’re visiting family.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, and they even upgraded our room.

Cons:

The water went off before we were ready for the day. I’m quite sure this was due to the construction happening on the street and completely out of the control of the hotel.

King Hotel Palmerston is worth staying at!
Pros:

It was very clean and inviting the flower boxes were well taken care of and was inviting. The lobby was very clean and welcoming.
The Team Members working were very friendly and helpful.
Our room had a welcome note .
Our room was clean very bright the towels were of good quality. There was a walk in shower and with mobility issues it was a plus. I will definitely book again when I return to Palmerston, Ontario. Thank you.

Équipements inexistants, annonce mensongère.
Pros:

-

Cons:
