The staff were very friendly, and they even upgraded our room.
The water went off before we were ready for the day. I’m quite sure this was due to the construction happening on the street and completely out of the control of the hotel.

It was very clean and inviting the flower boxes were well taken care of and was inviting. The lobby was very clean and welcoming.

Our room was clean very bright the towels were of good quality. There was a walk in shower and with mobility issues it was a plus. I will definitely book again when I return to Palmerston, Ontario. Thank you.

J'ai choisi cet hôtel sur la route pour sa kitchenette "très bien équipée" mais en arrivant après 21h, ayant hâte de me faire à manger, je me rends compte qu'il n'y a aucune casserole/poêle, aucun couvert, aucune tasse, aucun verre, bref, juste un meuble avec des plaques de cuisson inutilisables et même pas de bouilloir de fournie. Mot de l'employé de l'accueil : "les gens viennent avec leurs ustensiles d'habitude". Lunaire. J'ai été obligée d'aller perdre mon temps et mon argent en allant commander une pizza. De plus, la TV n'avait aucun service de disponible. J'aurais donc choisi un autre hôtel en sachant cela car j'ai payé une chambre plus chère pour une kitchenette que je n'ai jamais pu utiliser.
Everything was excellent. Mainly we liked how clean the hotel is, very comfortable beds and the staff very helpful and friendly.. one more thing, the room has everything, microwave, fridge, etc

The bed was comfortable. It had everything that we needed.
The property states that there is a free continental breakfast on Saturday and Sunday however the property said that they do not offer that. They haven’t offered it in 2 years. I would have come prepared had I known. Our reservation confirmation even stated that continental breakfast was included.
