Great Stay
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and the place was clean

Cons:

I asked for a crib and the guy at the front desk assured me it was in there (we arrived later in the evening and had a cranky baby ready for bed) The crib wasn’t in there and he was unapologetic.

Pros:

The location was great and convenient for us to visit places during our stay, the staff is excellent and very helpful, wonderful front desk guys with a big smile on their face and a ready to help anytime attitude.
Breakfast was perfect and a huge plus during our stay.
Definitely recommended for the services available and a huge parking lot, enough to accommodate everyone at the hotel.
Keep up the great work!!!

Cons:

I would have appreciated it if I had more lighting in my room, except that the stay was amazing!

If one gets there with little time left, everything closes on the top of the hour surprisingly quickly. There is no,- oh, wait a minute before you put that away... - its gone. We were on vacation and weren't quite up to defending our rights for a good breakfast, and have a ten-minute grace period to get that second bagle, or another cup of coffee.- I understand, punctuality makes everything work better...and should be general..

We loved this hotel.
Pros:

Our room was big, clean, and modern. We liked that there was also a sofa, a desk, and plenty of room for clothes.

Cons:

Everything was perfect inside the rooms. The only thing we did not like was that the snow in the parking lot was not removed.
