Comfortable but frustrating re poor quality of staff.
Pros:

Good architecture and interior decoration. Breakfast good.

Cons:

Staff very variable from helpful and polite to completely rude lazy and not interested in service. Had to teach one front of house guy how to make gin and tonic. (It’s the couldn’t find gin. We found it in a cupboard for him!. No evidence of any management or supervision.

Also lift continually out of service.

I like the decor. Comfy bed and cozy room and great location
