Lage, bequeme Betten, Frühstück, Kaffee, Tee, Wasser den ganzen Tag in der Lobby verfügbar, ab 17 Uhr Cookies, freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit

Cons:

Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad sehr begrenzt, großer Spiegel im Zimmer wäre wünschenswert, Frühstücksraum klein, aber kein Problem, wenn ma. früh genug unten ist, leider alle Teller, Becher, Besteck aus Pappe/Plastik, zum Teil einzeln verpackt, dadurch jeden Tag sehr viel Müll

We booked several rooms for our wedding party and we were very pleased!
Pros:

Clean rooms, friendly staff… loved the big atrium in the lobby for our large group to meet for snacks before wedding. Restaurant was nice, too.

איש צוות בשם אלכסנדר שהיה מאוד לא שירותי ולא נחמד וממש אגרסיבי, הערתי לו על זה והוא אפילו לא התנצל היה חסר סבלנות וממש מגעיל בסך הכל שאלתי אותו על קבלה ועל התשלום בסוף. חוץ ממנו שאר הצוות שהיה בימים אחרים היה נחמד, בנוסף ביומיים הראשונים הייתי צריכה לבקש שינקו את החדר ויחליפו מגבות.

Ottima la posizione e il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Colazione abbastanza varia anche se bisogna aspettare per trovare un posto a sedere nelle ore di punta. Personale all'ingresso poco accogliente e per nulla sorridente. Bene invece il personale della colazione e delle pulizie. Zona sicura e tranquilla

It was adequate, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Quite basic facilities - it felt more like a hostel than a hotel - and though some staff were friendly, we had a really bad experience with one member of reception staff, who was repeatedly rude and unhelpful.
