Pros:

O Hotel é muito, os quartos são bons, mas um pouco pequeno pelos padrões americanos. Mas em NY o tamanho está ótimo. O café da manhã é bom e a localização é ótima.

Cons:

O tamanho do espaço do café precisa ser urgentemente aumentado, pois todos os dias precisamos esperar em pé para arrumar um lugar pra sentar. Testamos três horários diferentes e mesmo assim sempre estava cheio.

I would gladly stay at this hotel again!
Pros:

Great location! It was an easy walk to everything. Room was very clean. Staff were polite and very helpful. Having breakfast provided was an extra bonus!

Cons:

The area where breakfast is served is too small for the amount of guests. Every morning it was very congested and there was not enough seating.

Pros:

Great location for getting to the subway, Times Square and most site seeing sites. Clean room, yes the breakfast area is small but time it right you get to enjoy freshly made waffles and plenty of other breakfast staples.

Great Location and Clean, but Terrible Staff and Breakfast

What I liked about this hotel was primarily its great location. The room itself was very clean, which I definitely appreciated. Additionally, having black coffee available on the way out was a helpful and welcome touch for starting the day.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were several major drawbacks. The breakfast was terrible and completely not worth paying for; honestly, it is best to pretend it doesn't exist and not include it in your plans at all. The customer service was also a huge disappointment. The entire team seemed constantly frustrated and irritated, and several different employees treated us very poorly, making for a highly unpleasant experience. Finally, the room was extremely cramped, and despite my initial thoughts, the beds were ultimately not comfortable at all.

L'emplacement est très bien ! La literie est confortable et une partie du personnel est super souriante. Les ascenseurs fonctionnent bien également.

Cons:

La porte de la salle de bain ne se ferme pas à clé. Le petit déjeuner rest trop basique et très peu de places assises.
