Great value for its location!
Pros:

As far as hotels go it was very well priced for its location. the staff was always friendly and ready to help and the facilities were clean. in addition, the front doors were always locked and only accessed through room keys which was very nice to see and made my wife and I feel safe.

Cons:

the breakfast area is cramped and crowded and the breakfast offering left a lot to be desired. it certainly wasn't a complete deal breaker but given that breakfast was one of my primary reasons for booking this hotel I did expect a little more.

Check your credit card daily as I was overcharged and still waiting for a refund 3 days later.
Pros:

Great hotel, lovely staff, and great location. Rooms clean, plenty of towels and a fridge. Breakfast is rather basic, but it was a good way to start the day with waffles and scrambled eggs. Cookies at 5 at reception. Location midtown close to everything.

Cons:

The reason I scored the hotel overall a 1 was not a reflection on the property, and most of the staff except the manager / receptionist who overcharged us. They took a 1st night payment and room deposit from my card. When we checked out, the receptionist said it would be refunded automatically to my card. The day after still not refunded, despite 2 phone calls ( lame excuses, slow computer system, and manager was not available, and a rude attitude - as if was my fault) , I emailed no reply. No customer service at all.
I am owed over 500 dollars. This wiped my card out - luckily, my husband had credit on his card. Otherwise, we would have been penniless for the last day of our day in the USA. We checked out on Monday, and it is now Thursday. MY ADVICE check your card daily if you choose to stay. After this time ,trouble and worry, I wouldn't.

Pros:

Ótima localização, café da manhã bom.

Cons:

Alguns dos atendentes não fazem questão nenhuma de ajudar, não falamos inglês e ele não fez esforço nenhum para ajudar.

De regresar a NY, volvería al mismo hotel.
Pros:

La verdad que todo estuvo muy bien: ubicación, atención, desayuno, calidez. Con el frío de este enero, llegar y contar con dispenser de bebida caliente y cookies de cortesía, un lindo mimo.

Cons:

Estábamos un poco apretados en la habitación, pero de todos modos, era muy linda y funcional.
