Excellent escape in the city!
Pros:

Excellent location. Comfortable, clean and welcoming staff. Great aircon. Useful having snacks/ drinks for purchase in the foyer. Quiet room!

Everything was very good, rooms aren’t large but good enough for a couple.

Pros:

Nice clean room, very central location, not far from Times Square & Subways..

Cons:

Breakfast room in the basement was too small so there wasn't always a table available also would have preferred coffee & Tea making facilities in our room.. Room on the small side but fine for a short stay

Pros:

The bed was really comfortable and staff was friendly & helpful. Location is great.

Cons:

That the TV is not a Smart TV. The breakfast options were really bad in the sense of how limited it was and not much variety aswell as being extremely small in space. Also, that there is no full length mirror in the room and also ours did not come with an clothing iron.

Fun times in New York, with a great place to stay.
Pros:

The people were friendly. The hotel was clean and welcoming. The location was awesome. It seemed like a quaint, boutique hotel.

Cons:

When we got there, we didn’t have two rooms on the same floor as I had requested, but they accommodated us the next night.
