Pros:

Hotel perfetto.
Pulito, personale gentilissimo , ho chiesto delle creme corpo in più e me le hanno fornite subito in camera. Stessa cosa mi hanno sostituito immediatamente il phone che non funzionava.
Ottimo il servizio COOKIES CALDI dalle 17.00🤩

Cons:

Sala colazione piccola, purtroppo spesso bisogna attendere, inoltre per chi soggiorna una settimana poca varietà di scelta . Comunque sempre prodotti freschi e buoni

Colazione veramente limitata. Inoltre le opzioni sicure per i celiaci si limitavano a uno yogurt e alla frutta, nonostante avessi specificato di essere celiaca. La stanza è stata pulita solo una volta su 5 giorni, perché il personale si recava in stanza dopo l'orario indicato per le pulizie e noi eravamo in camera a riposare. Il bagno è piccolissimo, si salva solo la doccia. Non c'è un piano di appoggio, il lavabo estremamente piccolo

Skyscrapers view close to Times Square and Subway Stations
Pros:

Our highlights: nice, spacious room on the 20th floor with a great view of the skyscrapers (likely including The Edge). Breakfast was decent, and tea, coffee, and water were always available in the lobby, perfect after walking around the whole day.

Cons:

Communication with some staff members wasn't always pleasant but overall it was a nice stay.

Perfect Hotel for a Trip to NYC
Pros:

From London - Stayed here for one week with my 11 year old son, whilst sightseeing and taking in New York City. Lovely Hotel, clean with 24hour self serve coffee/tea, with cookies put out in the evening. A very convenient and somewhat perfect location with good WiFi connection included - Staff are all very nice, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is really good and worth paying for. We will 100% stay here again when we return. A+++++ *Highly Recommend* Thank you!
