Staying at hotel was convenient as conference was organized there. I will however not stay there again,
Pros:

Room was spacious.

Cons:

Staff of the banqueting during conference was not careful: one kitchen staff bumped into me with metal hot tray that had a sharp end: it pierced and tote my blouse and pierced into my shoulder. I had to disinfect the wound. The reaction of staff was not what one would expect, especially in such expensive location.

Good quality not great, also limited options during breakfast. Room service menu was incorrect so order was canceled.

Gymclass started at 05.30, great bit not if your room is opposite that gym hall!

Room had broken fan: only highest/fastest and noisiest mode worked… so no fan as the noise would have kept me awake.

The whole area is very big and it does not feel like all other typical hotels with the long corridors with doors every 3-5 meter.
The breakfast restaurant gives you a nice view over the beautiful pool, and a pretty decent variety of food and beverages to choose from. Favorites where the mandazi and fruits.
The staff at the reception also did a great job, they where always helping out in every way they could.

Cons:

We stayed there at two different occasions during out time in Kenya. The first room did not have cold water by the zink or the bidet, but we did not need it so it was not a problem, but it kind of should be there one would think.
The second room had power outlets with no power in them. Also not something we where missing, but of course there should be power in all the sockets in the room.
Except for this we loved our rooms and the atmosphere.
We did have an unfortunate experience with the food one evening. But after a complaint this was generously compensated with two new dishes, including drinks the next time we came to eat.
