Trump International Hotel & Tower New York

Large, comfortable room with view overlooking Central Park (Park View Room). Well furnished, clean with small kitchenette. No outside traffic noise. No sound from other rooms. Only occasional sound from hallway. Real highpoint is the service. Every employee is friendly, open and pleased to see you. And they remember you from day to day. My wife got sick and we spent most of several days in the room with the privacy lamp on. We were never disturbed. At around 11 a.m. we went out for medical care and to buy food. I called housekeeping and said we would be out one hour and could they clean the room. I was told, "It will be my pleasure." And the room was cleaned in less than an hour. This happened three days in a row. They are totally focused on your needs and requests and really care about helping you. We will never stay elsewhere again in New York City.

The suite (Executive Park View) at Trump International may well be the finest hotel room I’ve ever experienced. Every aspect was impeccable and first class. The appointments were first class. The furniture was perfect and felt new. No paper cups wrapped in plastic. Every glass was cut crystal. Beautiful views and thoughtful amenities. The atrump International is a first-class property.

We love Trump Towers, always our go to for a Christmas getaway. The staff are always friendly and we love the facility. Christina with house keeping was especially helpful and James at the door remembers our faces when we come.

Trump Tower is the perfect place to watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade! We wanted to watch the parade from a hotel room in our PJ's and we loved every second of it! Our three night stay in our beautiful suite was a memory we will cherish! Service and food at the Trump were exceptional as well!

The Trump International Hotel on Central Park West offers an exceptional New York City experience, regardless of one’s political views. The warm hospitality of the staff and the welcoming atmosphere immediately create a positive impression. The accommodations are spacious, for Manhattan standards, and thoughtfully well-appointed. The wellness center is a beautiful space featuring state-of-the-art gym equipment and a lovely pool, making it an ideal place to work out or relax. The service is great, and the food is amazing. These, combined with the hotel’s unbeatable location, make it a highly recommended choice for a luxurious stay in New York City. While there are a few minor details that could be slightly improved, such as basic closet furnishings and a slightly small and less luxurious bathroom compared to the rest of the room, these minor points did not negatively impact the overall experience.

We’ve just stayed for a long weekend in this Hotel as a family of 4. We had a suite with a full kitchen that any chef would be delighted to use.
The whole place was luxurious and comfortable. Nothing was too much for the staff who checked in every day to see if we needed anything.

The gym & spa is fabulous and was a great way to start our days. They’ve thought of everything in the locker rooms too, there are combs, mouthwash & multiple hair products.

I couldn’t even begin to describe how fabulous the door staff are, they spoke to my sons every day and made sure that they were as welcome as we were.

The location is amazing too, a great place to explore the city.

We are already thinking of our next trip to NYC and I know one thing for certain, we will most definitely be returning to stay in this hotel.

Trump Hotel NYC is a great location; the rooms are great; the gym is perfect; the rooms are clean and roomy!! Love this place.

I had an incredible stay here, from the service, my suite, room service and the details throughout such as complimentary gifts throughout my stay. My suite was spotless clean and very quiet, something extremely hard to find in the city. They have a very solid fitness center and a well stocked spa with a pool. The staff was efficient and very kind, I was helped by Anton and I couldn’t get the doorman’s name but he was so helpful too. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Absolutely Amazing! From the moment we arrived till the day we left, our stay was perfect! The bellman James is the best, he’ll make you smile every time he sees you! Jessica and Nikki the front desk ladies were on point! And Louida the concierge will get you anything you need with expedited service! Now the ROOM, I mean WOW! Best in the city! It was like a small apartment! Little kitchen, living room, and bedroom! And the views of Central Park and the city were stunning! One of my favorite things was their butterscotch pudding from room service! Seriously, the best I’ve ever had!! Highly recommend the hotel! We have stayed at other hotels with similar price points, and you get 1/4 of the space and your view is the windows of the hotel next door!!

If you are going to NYC and want to be on Central Park, you will not do better than to stay at the Trump International. We stayed only a week in NYC but would have loved to extend the trip simply for the hotel itself. This is a true 5 star hotel with spacious rooms, friendly staff and impeccable service. Views of the park are wonderful. Breakfasts delivered to the room arrived on time with hot coffee, fresh squeezed juice and perfectly prepared eggs. Their croissants taste every bit as good as those you enjoy in France. The bathrooms are large, well lit and there is no lack of large absorbent towels for your shower or bath. Beds are large and the linens are very luxurious. There are two excellent restaurants on site. Lastly, the hotel offers a complimentary limousine service ( subject to availability) to drive you to your chosen destination in the city. A superb experience.

Fantastic Stay Near Central Park!
Amazing location—just steps from Central Park, carriage rides, and the subway, and an easy walk to Times Square. James the doorman and Alice the housekeeper made us feel so welcome. Check-in was quick and easy. We loved our stay!

The staff were amazing greeted my husband and I every time. They were so quick to help with all of our needs. It was a short stay but would definitely return. The room was fantastic. Bedding was luxurious and comfortable. There was nothing lacking from our stay.
