Trump International Hotel & Tower New York

I recently had the pleasure of staying here for business and pleasure. I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of amazing. This was also a very last minute booking.
Check-Process was seamless and the front desk team greeted me with warm smiles and genuine eagerness to assist. Accommodations were impeccable - my room was not only clean and well-appointed but also offered beautiful views. Appreciated the many water bottles!! Also got a Massage at the Spa and had THE BEST therapist.
Highly recommend this hotel - Price for room was extremely reasonable and affordable. Much higher rates at other local and close hotels.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times, but it had been over a year since my family and I last stayed there. Upon our arrival, we were met with the warmest hotel welcome ever! So much love for us on a personal level. Honestly, it was truly beautiful and meaningful to us. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.
We stayed in a two bedroom park view suite. Spectacular view, exceptionally clean room and comfortable, updated furnishings.

We have stayed at numerous 5 star NYC hotels, and Trump International is the standout! Professional and friendly staff, discreet and understated environment, clean rooms and one of the best views in the world!

We had an exceptional experience. Everyone of the staff that we came in contact with was extremely helpful and genuinely concerned for not just my experience but that of my 11 year old daughter as well. I cannot stress enough the genuineness of all the people we met. It made me feel so welcome and appreciated. Like I was in my father’s home. We will absolutely be coming back in the summer and can’t wait to explore more of our favorite city.
P.S. our bellhop Jesus found out I was in town celebrating my 50th birthday with my wife and daughter when he brought our luggage up to our room and by the time we got back from a late lunch we had a bottle of TRUMP red wine waiting for me in our room with a handwritten note from the whole team. (It took me two days but I finished it off on my own since neither my wife or daughter drink wine! lol)

Exceeded expectation. First,
the staff was welcoming and were very helpful the entire trip. The accommodations were excellent. The location is perfect for all midtown activities. Lastly the fitness center and spa are a do not miss experience. We will definitely stay again.

The hotel room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

Recently, I had the very good fortune of spending a few days at the Trump Intl. Hotel in NYC’s Columbus Circle. From the scented hand towel and glass bottled Evian water at check-in, to the chocolates at check-out, everything - and everyone - was excellent! The room had a view of Central Park which was great for seeing people skiing in the park during the recent snowstorm.
When I got to the room I didn’t quite know how to use the TV, but within 5 mins an electrician was at the door to sort that out. I always have to have access to CNBC, Bloomberg, CNN, and FOX. The room had a great kitchen and very well stocked fridge and mini bar. And though I don’t drink anymore, it was nice to see that they watch out for those who do. The front of house staff, including Robina, James, and Jesus are top notch! I felt very secure there after returning from long days out. I wish I could live there! I really do!
You won’t be disappointed if you choose Trump Intl. for your stay in NYC.
And no, I don’t work for, nor do I know anyone (other than the people I just met) who works for the hotel - or the president. Five stars! Six, if the rating system allows.

Stayed at the Trump International Hotel 24th January- 27th January 2026 and the stay was second to none. The staff treated us so well and we felt like royalty. The SPA was just the best as were the staff in there. The heated pool, and steam room was a daily ritual for me. Cannot recommend the Hotel enough

It could be good but disabling amenities to try and force reviews is awful and it really puts the frits up me. I only found this by taking a wrong turn.

Terrible stay. Rooms are old and need to be refurbished. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Stayed here for a business meeting and thought it would be easy being so close to JG’s restaurant. But like everything connected to the Trump name also this is mostly pretence.

The location couldn’t have been better—convenient, central, and close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet still quiet and peaceful.

We stayed at the Trump International hotel near Columbus Circle in early December. The staff there is outstanding. The local my be the best in New York. Within walking distance of the broadway shows, best restuarants, subway and obviously Central Park The pool is fantastic. We have stayer at this hotel 5 times and each time we are impressed with the staff and amenities!

I recently booked several rooms at the hotel for a business meeting. The experience was exceptional in every regard. The Sales Department staff was fantastic in responding to unforeseen challenges and, more importantly, worked with us collaboratively and kindly to meet these challenges. From the front desk staff, to the housekeepers, to the managers, it was wonderful. Well done!

There are few things that make the hotel stand out :
1. Great views of the Central Park ( park executive 1 bedroom)
2. Room larger than expected
3. Service : all our requests were promptly attended to
4. Great breakfast selection at Nougatine ( and room service )
5. Well appointed spa and gym
6. Great location right in Columbus Circle for navigating the city ( on foot or subway) and multiple nearby restaurants , grocery stores etc
7. Kitchenette with all appliances and cookware , 2 bathrooms ( both with showers )

Everything was five-stars: location , room, service, gym, Spa!
I will definitely be back soon fir more fun!
In-room dining was a very good experience!

Large, comfortable room with view overlooking Central Park (Park View Room). Well furnished, clean with small kitchenette. No outside traffic noise. No sound from other rooms. Only occasional sound from hallway. Real highpoint is the service. Every employee is friendly, open and pleased to see you. And they remember you from day to day. My wife got sick and we spent most of several days in the room with the privacy lamp on. We were never disturbed. At around 11 a.m. we went out for medical care and to buy food. I called housekeeping and said we would be out one hour and could they clean the room. I was told, "It will be my pleasure." And the room was cleaned in less than an hour. This happened three days in a row. They are totally focused on your needs and requests and really care about helping you. We will never stay elsewhere again in New York City.

We loved the location and it was perfect for our family. We loved the view of Central Park
Walked in the Park and ate great food from the shops across the street from us. So convenient
It was the highlight of our trip
