Kids loved the pool
Smelled like dirty feet in the whole building. Coffee maker in room didn’t work. No mini fridge.
Location to venue and the price
Things were broke and not super clean. Staff in the evening shift seemed not friendly

No free breakfast
Entrance to hotel is beautiful. The staff was nice.
My room was extremely cold and I was unable to turn on heat to warm the room due to the chiller being set according to front desk. They were accommodating and finding me a room at their sister hotel next door (Wingate) which was not as pleasant and the room was one that I chose. I paid for the Executive King Suite and it wasn’t at all what I expected considering I got moved to another hotel. Also, they didn’t have towels and I had to wait until the morning to get towels. Will Not be booking there again.
Location to nrg was great
Still seems old. Needs updating for the prices it’s charged a better organization for bulk staffing when it’s a busy weekend and parking.
