Disappointed with amenities. Bed was comfortable and convenient location.

Clean and accessible

Cons:

room did not have a refrigerator in it. Purchased drinks in the mini store. Cost $13.00 for a diet coke and bottle of water. Got to my room and there was no refrigerator to keep them cold I opened the diet Coke and it was flat. The label was expired by 3 months. Asked to get exchange and all of the drinks were expired. The clerk said she could ask the manager to credit my room.

Decent
Pros:

I liked the distance to our concert venue. I felt safe knowing there were uniformed individuals monitoring the perimeter of the hotel. It's a huge hotel with lots of parking but we were placed in a building at the back of the hotel. It was too dark to say the least. Thank you to those individuals for your presence.

Cons:

The receptionists at the front desk were unfriendly, not very welcoming. However, housekeepers were extremely nice and friendly. Sometimes a smile can make the world of a difference.

Maybe cost cutting and isolated.
Pros:

Not a free breakfast anywhere I could find. Stetson’s Restaurant only serves a paid for breakfast and brunch. The Cattleman’s Club only serves drinks and appetizers.

Cons:

The main boiler was not running so we didn’t have heat in the room. Had to turn off power to AC because the thermostat did not shut it off after I raised the temperature setting.
On the second day the entrance door to building #2 was marked as out of order. So, we had to use the lobby entrance.
It appeared we were the only guests out of 450 rooms available. Felt very isolated, alone and vulnerable.
Housekeeping and other staff were very good and friendly.

Great location.
Pros:

Convenient ! Walking distance to Reliant stadium. Loved the balcony. Helpful to have fridge in room. Access to microwave in lobby. Front desk staff were helpful!

The closeness of the property to my venue

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay to park my car in a hotel I was staying at. I didn't like how nothing was updated. I got a suite and there was no fridge or microwave. No ice machine were working. Very outdated and old. Walls and ceilings needed to be replastered. Lobby was very beautiful however.

Wasn’t up to par for me!
Pros:

Location was perfect! The bar area was perfect after our event. Good food, drinks & nice staff!

Cons:

The false advertisement! The main building alone will have you thinking the place is beautiful! Then there are other rooms that’s not connected to the actual hotel that gives motel vibes!

Not a great experience
Pros:

The location was very close to the venue I was attending.

Cons:

Everything is very outdated, the one way one way out of the parking lot. Had to switch rooms because the TV didn't work. The next room the air didn't work. The shower head was extremely old. There were signs posted throughout the hotel stating a buffet breakfast could be bought daily, that wasn't true.

Pros:

Nothing . But the location close to the Reliant.

Cons:

The rooms are dated with a mildew odor. The bed was not comfortable and the bathroom was a mess. The entire hotel has a bad odor. They made us pay for parking on Friday night due to a concert at the Reliant. That was not disclosed when I booked the room . I would never stay there again . I think you should remove the hotel from Booking.com.

Good deal for the rate
Pros:

Knowing the age of this hotel I was surprised by the cleanliness and how pretty it still is in the lobby but it is now a Wyndham property. Room was clean and comfy

Cons:

Restaurant had no ability to cook much due to their "having to clean and had no grease as a result" and they sell all fried foods except a burger

Overall stay was nice. Clean and comfortable

Cons:

When I booked, it stated my room included breakfast and day of, they were telling me that it was not included. Yet i was showing them my booking confirmation email and it showed their breakfast was included. And they were saying it was not showing on their end. It was upsetting since i was specifically showing them the confirmation email that showed breakfast included on the email and they were still telling me no like if I didnt know what I was talking about and still were not acknowledging my concern. Or taking accountability.

Pros:

Bed nice. TV nice. Quiet. Good location for room. Staff fantastic.

Cons:

Has to ask for bathroom to be reclined. Light bulb needed and phone rechecked. Musty smell in lobby.
