Conveinent if ecent at stadium.

Location, staff, balcony, pool view, could easily walk to stadium, could park car there while at game ( once checked out).

Serviceable location close to NRG stadium
Pros:

It's a very dated property, but it was clean and serviceable, and in walking distance to the stadium.

Cons:

Breakfast is not included and the server barely spoke English. A glitch in the computer system made charging breakfast to my room take longer than the actual breakfast ;). The furniture and decor are very dated. It's sad to see a formerly grand hotel slowly go to pieces...

Not worth the price.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The staff were amazing - truly the best thing about the place. The drinks were well made.

Cons:

The shower was cold. There were only 2 lounge chairs at the pool, and 1 looked sunken in. The interior hallways and room’s overall appearances were very dated. There was no fridge in the room. There were no amenities other than a shampoo, soap bar, and a conditioner/lotion. Definitely not worth the $$$.

It was close to the venue.

Cons:

The rooms are very run down. My room didn’t have hand soap. The lock on the door was broken, the paint along the door was scraped off, there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom that looked like toothpaste was squeezed in it to cover the hole. We were in an old part of the hotel. The entire hotel needs a make over. I didn’t feel that the room I was in was worth $338 for the night, more like $100.

They didn’t tell us event parking would be at the hotel making parking difficult for guess. Room had old rugs that smelled during tht stay.
