Pros:

Room was comfortable otherwise. Slept well, mattress very comfortable. Loved sitting outside. Breakfast was a great touch, people were very nice to deal with. The areas for keeping belongings were plentiful, especially shelves in closet area.

Cons:

Bathroom sink very small. Chairs in room very hard. Since husband doesn't walk well he sat in room more than usual. Moving around end of bed was tight and kept hitting his leg on wood frame.

Beautiful property

This property is easy to find, very clean. Staff are very welcoming. It’s a short distance from the town with a free shuttle. Great stay!

Die Lage direkt am Strand war toll, der Shuttle bus nach providencetown fährt direkt vor dem Hotel ab.

Cons:

Das zimmer war uns zu klein, ebenso das Bad mit Duschvorhang. Das Waschbecken super klein. Die Decke niedrig. Kaum Platz die Koffer abzustellen. Okay für eine Nacht.
Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht. Keine Auswahl.

One of the best and most friendliest hotel I’ve stayed in
Pros:

It’s got a water view and a great private beach! They also have the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on. I have never seen a cleaner hotel than this one. Lastly, it’s not that far from downtown. You could even ride a bike to the town yet they have a free shuttle that stops right in front of the hotel.

Cons:

The only downside is the bathrooms are small & They do not have a pool also.

Good location and friendly staff, but not worth the price.
Pros:

Great room size, comfortable beds, and a really nice location. The staff was really nice.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the walls were extremely thin, so we could hear almost everything happening in the neighboring rooms. We also didn’t realize the hotel was pet-friendly, and unfortunately, there was a lot of barking throughout our stay, which made it difficult to relax and sleep.

The breakfast was also quite disappointing, with very limited options and overall poor quality.

The room was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The proximity to the beach and the shuttle for downtown was a huge plus.

Staff was great. The location and view were great. Enjoyed everything, especially that the outdoor smoking area was AWAY from the rooms and seating area. Beach chairs on the deck were great. I will return 100%. Thank you, staff!
