Pros:

מיקום נהדר מרכזי קרוב להכל. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת במקום. צוות נעים שמגיב מהר לבקשות וקריאות. מעלית שזה היה נוח להורים מבוגרים. בפנים נקי ומסודר. כל יום מביאים מגבות חדשות וכל מה שצריך.

המזרון היה לא נוח. כשפניתי אליהם טיפלו בזה מיד. שמו משהו מעליו. ביום שהגענו המעלית לא עבדה. גם בזה טיפלו תוך כמה שעות

Pros:

Our 10-day stay at Theatrum Hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The room was surprisingly spacious and beautifully designed, with a private balcony and large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the vibrant Nizami Street. The view was simply amazing.

A special thank you to Aysu at the reception. She was incredibly professional, kind, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Her hospitality made our stay even more memorable.

What impressed us the most was the genuine care shown by the entire team. Every day they checked on us, asked how we were doing, and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt at home throughout our stay.

The combination of the excellent location, comfortable rooms, outstanding service, and heartfelt hospitality makes Theatrum Hotel a place we would happily return to. Highly recommended!

Pros:

El chico de la recepción Murad fue muy amable siempre nos ayudó cuando lo necesitamos, la locación del hotel es muy conveniente y la habitación aunque un poco pequeña tenía todo lo necesario, el desayuno le faltaba un poco de variedad pero en general bien

Cons:

1. In the hotel booking page, was written they have parking, so they DOESN'T have, it's the only reason I chose them in center city, eventually, I had to park the car at some mall, taking 7 bags and family by foot to the hotel.
2. Rooms wasn't ready on time
3. Huge cigarette smell allover the hotel and inside rooms
4. When tried to complain, the staff nicely smiled
5. Bad and matreeses horrible
It's not a hotel it's more like guest house with poor service

The breakfast was good. and also, the location was good. Reception peoples were also good and helpful minded. I love to eat lamb chop if I get a chance to go to your hotel again.
