انا مع عائلتي ومعي اطفال والفندق لا تدخل اليه السياره وتم الاتصال بالفندق قبل الوصول بنص ساعه لطلب التواجد من الشخص المسؤول عن نقل الامتعه لموقع معين للشارع القريب من الفندق وتم الرد بالموافقه وتم الاتصال مره اخرى قبل الوصول بخمس دقائق بضروره تواجد ناقل الامتعه لان الوقوف لمده تتحاوز دقائق معدوده تعتبر مخالفه مروريه ، وعند الوصول لم يكن متواجد وتم الاتصال مره ثالثه والانتظار ولم يحضر
وبعد مرور دقائق معدوده تم تحرير مخالفه وتم الانتظار على الرصيف ومن ثم تم المشي للبحث عن الفندق وعن ناقل الامتعه....
الموقع لا تسطيع النوم به بسبب الازعاج

Good location without car pick/drop
Pros:

Location was good. Receptionist Murad was very caring and sent us fruits upon arrival. Breakfast was good with a decent spread. Nizami st. was a few steps away.

Cons:

Your car cannot come closer to the hotel.sp.before checking in and after checking out you are supposed to walk a block to reach a road from where you could be dropped/picked and even that part was monitored by cameras and our driver got a fine for.picking us up. I guess that's acceptable.for hotels in that area.

AC cooling was average, however they provides us pedestal fans which helped us cope.with our UAE cooling expectations.

Just the location, everything else was bad.

Cons:

I stayed at Theatrum for 3 nights (Aug 8–11) and had issues with a persistently bad smell in the bathroom despite raising it with staff multiple times — nothing was done.
More seriously, the hotel cancelled my return booking (Aug 14–16) on the day of check-in, claiming my card had declined. This is factually incorrect — I used the same card successfully in Gabala for 3 nights and immediately used it to book another hotel in Baku without any issue. When I called to query this, the receptionist offered me one night only — a clear indicator of overbooking rather than any card issue.
I would not recommend this property.
