מיקום מושלם ושירות מעולה!
Pros:

נהניתי מאוד מהשהייה במלון Theatrum Hotel. המלון ממוקם ממש במרכז העיר, כך שאפשר להגיע ברגל לכל מקום. צוות הקבלה וכל עובדי המלון ידידותיים מאוד, מסבירי פנים ותמיד מחייכים. אני ממליץ בחום על המלון הזה לכל מי שמבקר בעיר!

Toller Fussballtrip mit dem BVB nach Baku

Top Lage. Superior Zweibettzimmer war geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet mit zwei bequemen großen Einzelbetten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer sollte besser gereinigt werden. In der Duschkabine zeigten sich in den Ecken und Fugen ein paar Schimmelflecken. Beim Frühstück muss unbedingt nachgebessert werden. Der Filterkaffee schmeckt wirklich nicht gut. Das geschnitte Obst sah nicht sonderlich frisch aus. Das Buffet wirkte irgendwie nicht sonderlich appetitanregend. Das geht in anderen Hotels in Baku definitiv besser.

موقع الفندق جميل في شارع نظامي وقريب منه كل شي.

Cons:

كانت الاقامه جيده دوره المياه ضعيفه المويه ويبيله صيانه والتكييف موبارد
ومفتاح الباب مايفتح بسهوله وكنت حاطه تمر عاميلات نظافه خذو منه من غير استاذان حصلت مفتوح ارجو تركيز علي صيانه دوره المياه

Завтрак достаточно однообразный, без излишеств. Отсутствие окна в комнате. "No sity view" означает отсутствие вообще какого-либо вида и отсутствие самого окна. Постоянный гул от системы вентиляции в комнате, которая расположена рядом с кроватью. Очень тесные номера, буквально, чтобы зайти и лечь на кровать.
Мусорное ведро вообще ни разу не опустошалось, ни в комнате, ни в санузле. ТВ вообще не показывает ни один канал, вызвали мастера с ресепшен, тот сослался на отсутствие интернета в городе). Туалетные принадлежности это только жидкое мыло.
Цена/качество не соответствует.

Нам понравился только ресторан этого отеля и его гостеприимный и улыбчивый обслуживающий персонал

Cons:

Нам очень не понравились наши номера ( нам пришлось поменять три номера) и в каждом нет окон или окно выходит во двор, где громко шумит круглосуточно вентиляция. В последнем номере возле лифта постоянный шум ещё и от самого лифта до середины ночи. Во всех трёх номерах что- то плохо работает или сломано, течет душ, кондиционер, в первом номере текло в ванной прямо с потолка ( в холе этажа тоже), воняет канализация... И ни каких извинений от администрации или комплиментов от отеля, как это делают в других отелях по всему миру, не последовало...
