Her şeyden çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterliydi ve lezzetliydi. Odalar temizdi ve her gün düzenli olarak temizlediler. Çok memnun kaldık. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Merkezde, her yere yürüme mesafesinde, otel gayet iyi temiz, personel güleryüzlü. Kahvaltı daha çok hint ve Pakistan misafirlere özel gibiydi, ama yine de orta karardaydı.

فيه مصعد الكتروني واحد وللاسف تعطل أثناء خروجنا من الفندق مما اضطررت بانزال الحقائب من الدور الثالث مع مساعدة طاقم الفندق، وايضا الغرفة كانت صغير اقل من 20 متر مربع

Great hotel, great location. Would highly recommend.
Pros:

I booked a deluxe city view room. It was spacious, modern and comfortable.
The location is unbeatable. I walked everywhere. With Nizami St, Fountains Square, the Old City and the seaside boardwalk very nearby.

Cons:

The breakfast was not great. Coffee from the urn was terrible. However, it seems it depends on which staff are in the dining room in the morning…the first few mornings the staff were inattentive. The last few mornings the staff were excellent and I was offered - without asking - whether I preferred a cappuccino (to the awful filter coffee) and I learnt I could order omelets from the kitchen.
So the breakfast got better. The hotel should pay some attention to how the breakfast room is managed.
