Otelde 3 oda ayırdık, bir odanın bütün duvarı küf içerisindeydi ve o odada kalan arkadaşlarımız durumu söylendiğinde ilk başta ilgilenmediler geceyi geçirdiler, sonra oda değişikliği istendiğinde teknik ekip odaya gelip gördüğünde durumu acil olarak değerlendirdi ve oda değişikliği yapıldı. Diğer odanın kapısı bozuktu, kartla değil anahtarla açılıyordu, kapı kolu da sürekli arkadaşın elinde kaldı. Hatta odasının kapısını açık bulduğu gün oldu neyse ki çalınan eşyası olmamıştı. Temizlik kötüydü, sabun ve tuvalet kağıdı karmaşası vardı otelde, sürekli sabun alınıp yerine yenisi koyulmuyordu, tuvalet kağıdı istediğimizde sürekli hatırlatmamız gerekti. Eşimle benim kaldığımız odanın kliması kapanmıyordu, ekibe söyledik ilgilenmediler, ısrar sonrası ilgilendiklerinde hallettik dediler ama yine kapanmıyordu. Kahvaltıdaki servis yavaşlığı inanılmazdı, omletler 40 dakikada falan geldi ilk 2 gün ve açıklama olarak eleman yok dediler. Oteldeki rezervasyon sayısı belliyken personel nasıl ayarlanmadı.
Kısacası tek iyi yanı otelin konumuydu, çoğu yere yürüme mesafesindeydi ama biraz daha uzakta kalıp bu karmaşaları yaşamamayı tercih ederdik.
Absolutely not recommended!
I made a reservation through the hotel’s app, but what I found was a total disappointment. The room looked nothing like the photos. No desk, poor cleanliness. The bathroom smelled awful, and the wardrobe had such a bad odor it transferred to my clothes. The window couldn’t be opened due to constantly running, noisy machines outside. I could only sleep thanks to my earplugs.
Huge security issue.
Despite locking my door, someone (possibly staff) entered my room with another card and left without explanation. This is unacceptable! Do not leave your valuables in the room.
I asked for an iron twice at the reception — it was never delivered. The shower cabin was broken, water spilled everywhere. Soundproofing is nonexistent. You hear everything from the hallway and next room. Early morning, cleaning staff shouted and made rest impossible.
The worst part: they asked 80 AZN for my friend just to accompany me to the room — not even staying! They seem to judge pricing based on how you look.

Kız arkadaşımla güvenilir şekilde kaldığımız bir oteldi.Odalar oldukça temiz,personeller güler yüzlü,kahvaltısı yeterli şekilde güzeldi.Yalnız tek problemi odamızda cam vardı hiçbir şekilde açılmıyordu havalandırmak istesek ya da nefes almak istesek açabileceğimiz bir pencere bile yoktu.Nizami caddesinin zaten tam ortasında otelin altında publar var.Bir daha gelsem tercih ederim ancak pencere olup olmadığını mutlaka sorup teyitleşirim.
Konum olarak cok guzel bir yerde,iceri sehire denize yürüyerek gidebilirisiniz.personeller güler yüzlü.banyo temiz.odalarda terlik ve bornoz var .kahvaltida yeterliydi.meşgur cayindan bolca içtik.
Everything is perfect
The hotel is centrally located, close to restaurants, shops, and the old city, just a five-minute walk from the sea. The staff is very respectful, and the rooms are clean. Special thanks to Mr. Bilal, the reception manager, and his colleagues.
I'll start with the good things about the hotel, in terms of location, the location is excellent and accessible and closest to Nizami Street for all the shops, the old city everything is within walking distance, the employees at the reception were nice and smiling.
But regarding the hotel's shortcomings - first of all, the rooms are not ventilated, there is no window, the carpet in the room was full of dirt and there were parts of the carpet with smelly mold on it, the shower is not clean, full of scale, the closet in the shower cannot be put anything in it because it was dirty and wet... and the "cleaning" of the room only started at 4-5 pm and even later and it is important for me to note that there was no actual cleaning, only that they changed towels and the bag in the trash can and made the bed!! A bad experience all day. My husband and I started itching all over our bodies from the shampoos they but in there, and because they don’t change bed covers. So if you don’t have enough money and you don’t care about clean room and good smells choose otherwise it’s really horrible .
Wonderful location. On a pedestrian street
Hotel located right in the central city, walkable distance to everything shopping dining, 5-10 min walk to Old city. We stayed in October and the AC wasn't working, per hotel staff they switched to a winter mode and 23.5 C is the lowest temperature you can set, so be ready to sweat while you are in the room. Our shower was missing a Glass door, so every time you use it, our bathroom would turn into a pool area, be ready to wipe the floors every time you use a shower.
Keep in mind that the location of this hotel it is not accessible to taxis or any other vehicles. The hotel does offer bellboy service with a prior phone call request. They bellboy will come out and meet you at a nearest parking lot which about 80m away.
The only issue with the hotel is that they give you just 1 key card per room, even if you are multiple members in the room. They need to improve the key card thing.

You’d be correct in questioning the rating of this hotel compared to its price but, aside from old dirty carpet in the room, this place is legit and in a spectacular part of Baku.
