Front desk staff are not friendly, they don't welcome you and you ask questions they respond with an attitude they do not smile. I did not feel welcomed

I would choose to stay at this hotel again
Pros:

Excellent location, great double bed, wish I had one like it at home. Immaculate bathroom, fresh new white linens. The gal who welcomed me, the bell cap, and the early morning staff were great. I was grateful for the airport shuttle.

Cons:

My e-mail through Booking.com was not answered. Screaming child across the hall for two hours. I went to eat at the Holiday Inn in front. When I returned, there was a shift change and an omission in communication about the room change. The employee when I returned was unfriendly and perhaps untrained but she is the one I remember.

I love Mexico
Pros:

Everything, the staff called a taxi for me too as I needed to get to the bus station. Breakfast eggs had meat, I'm vegetarian,so the chef made me eggs special.

2 días despues de nuestra estancia necesitábamos donde dejar nuestro equipaje, y nos lo resguardaron;
también nos dieron el shuttle del aeropuerto una vez más en cortesía!!!!

Muy contentos. El chef de desayuno MUY servicial y atento a la necesidad de un vegetariano en nuestra familia, y Liz: merece un aumento!! Muy profesional y atenta!!!
Volveremos!!

Could have been better
Pros:

The shuttle delivered me to the airport early to check in for a 6am flight. The water was hot, and the coffee maker in the room worked well.

Cons:

The air conditioning fan blew directly toward my face while in bed, which irritated my nose and throat, even with the fan set on low. The carpet is stained, the shower floor tiles aren't sealed well, but it did not smell moldy. My flight was at 6am, breakfast was not available until 6 am, which I missed.
