Just the Location

Cons:

First of all the check in 3:00 o'clock we was waiting until 3:45 with child 6 month.
About the breakfast limited but not bad.
About the room almost clean, very very small not as a in the photo so small even my bed in front of bathroom door that you can't open the door until the last because of the bed , leak water in the bathroom all the time in the bathroom you are walking in water, room 316 it's really Disaster, so Disappointed.

Замечательный отель! Прекрасный персонал! Шикарная локация! Все очень по-домашнему! Очень рекомендую!

Я бы не вернулась и не рекомендовали данный отель
Pros:

Единственное что понравилось - местоположение отеля . Старый город находится прям за зданием отеля . Бакинский бульвар через дорогу , как и музей ковра и мини Венеция

Cons:

1. Это антисанитария. Принесли кроватку малышке, а под матрасом куча мусора.
2. Состояние сан узлов . Раковина на сколько маленькая , что вся вода просто уходила за края и моментально на полу образовывались лужи. Углы помещения уборной в ржавчинах . Это очень не приятно
3. Завтрак. Помимо того, что было все не вкусно, так и еще помещение катастрофически мало. В 09:00 утра буквально образовалась очередь на столики. Люди стояли и дышали тебе в спину с надеждой , что скоро ты встанешь и освободишь стол
4. Час ждали одноразовую щетку и зубную пасту - так и никто ее не принес

Останавливались в отеле на сутки. Расположение хорошее — рядом есть места, где можно погулять. Однако, к сожалению, сам отель совершенно не оправдал ожиданий, особенно учитывая хорошие отзывы.

Из плюсов хочется отметить персонал: сотрудники очень приятные, вежливые и отзывчивые, старались помочь в сложившейся ситуации.

Cons:

В номере постель была грязная: обнаружили волосы, простынь была смята, и по виду было понятно, что постельное бельё не меняли. Окно выходило во внутренний двор с весьма непривлекательным видом. После прогулки, когда уже легли спать, обнаружили грязную постель. Я попросила поменять номер, и нас переселили в номер вообще без окон.

Утром возникла ещё одна проблема — из обоих кранов, и холодного, и горячего, шла только горячая вода. Еле удалось умыться. После завтрака холодная вода, к счастью, появилась.

Завтрак тоже разочаровал — выбор очень скудный, и еда была невкусной.

К сожалению, общее впечатление от проживания осталось негативным. При такой стоимости и с учётом отзывов ожидали гораздо большего.

ВЕЛИКОЛЕПНЫЙ ОТЕЛЬ
Pros:

Отличный отель, во всех отношениях (расположение, размер номера, высоченные потолки, персонал, завтрак, комфорт). Все возникающие вопросы решаются оперативно. Рекомендую всем! Уже забронировала этот отель на следующую поездку!

Cons:

Не смотря на чистоту, в нашем номере при заезде забыли или не успели помыть пол. Да, конечно при обращении моментально все сделали. Но хотелось, чтобы этого момента не было. И бачок унитаза сломался. Тоже чинили при нас, а потом мыли и убирали. Да, это все быстро, но все же мы потеряли час времени.
И еще, если заявлены в комплектации номера халаты, зубные наборы и т. д., они должны быть сразу, а не по запросу.
ЭТО ВСЕ МЕЛОЧИ ! ОТЕЛЬ ПРЕКРАСНЫЙ И ОБСЛУЖИВАЮЩИЙ ПЕРСОНАЛ ОТЛИЧНЫЙ !
