لم يعجبني أن الفندق لا يوفر مواقف سيارات مخصصة للنزلاء، إلا أن مواقف المول القريبة من الفندق كانت متاحة، وتبلغ رسومها 2 مانات للساعة الواحد

Tolle Lage in einer fantastischen Stadt
Pros:

Allgemein gab es eine für Leute, die kein süßes Frühstück mögen, eine sehr große Auswahl. Ergo: für Süß-Frühstücker nicht. Die Lage ist hervorragend für einen Abendspaziergang an der belebten Promenade. Sehr, sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang. Extrem kurze Wege in die Altstadt, eigentlich gleich um die Ecke. Sehr gute Restaurants zu finden.

Cons:

Zimmer 206 hat sehr weiche Betten. Es gibt eine überdimensionale, etwas unpraktische Bettdecke, also eine einzelne Decke für ein großes Doppelbett.
Die Kaffeekultur ist in Aserbaidschan nicht ausgeprägt. Daher war an einem Morgen in der großen Kaffeekanne zum Selbstbedienen statt Kaffee nur heißes Wasser. Marmelade gibt es nur in winzigen Packungen mit wenig Inhalt. Die Croissant schmeckten ganz ok, die Brötchen waren für unsere Begriffe zu weich.

Fiyat performans olarak değerlendirdiğimde çok zayıf bir otel.
Pros:

Otelin konumu gerçekten güzel bir yerde. İçerişehir’deki her noktaya ve sahile yürüyerek ulaşım mümkün.

Rooftop kısmının manzarası gayet güzel. Servis ettikleri çay lezzetli.

Cons:

1) 208 numaralı odada konakladık. Banyodan lağım kokusu geliyor. Durumu bildirip oda değişimi istedik ancak odalar dolu denilerek talebimiz reddedildi. Koku sorununu çözeceğiz dediler, odaya döndüğümüzde her yer çamaşır suyu kokuyordu. 3 aylık bebeğimiz olduğu için kimyasal solumak zorunda bırakılmayı çözüm olarak görmelerini kabul edemiyorum.

2) 208 numaralı oda kapı kolu arızalı. Kapıyı açıp kapamak için sert davranmak gerekiyor. Uyuyan bebeği uyandırdığı için bunu da bildirdim ama bu konuda herhangi bir aksiyon alınmadı.

3) Odada sinek, karınca ve örümcek (banyoda) gördüm. Bebeği herhangi bir haşere ısırmasın diye çok tedirgin olduk.

4) Bebeğe vereceğimiz sütü minibarda muhafaza etmek istedik ama soğutmasında problem vardı. Bununla ilgili de herhangi bir işlem yapılmadı. Sütü mutfak personelinden ricada bulunarak mutfak dolaplarında sakladık.

5) Konaklamamızın ikinci sabah kahvaltısı için 09.30’da kahvaltıya indik. Çatal bıçak bardak dahil her şey bitmişti. Yumurta için +10 dakika, çatal için +5 dakika, bardak için +5 dakika bekledim. Bardak bulduğumda çay bitmişti. İronik bir an :)

Güzel konum, yetersiz hizmet

Konumu güzeldi, temizdi.

Cons:

Booking üzerinden yanlışlık ile penceresiz oda almışım. Odayı büyütmek istediğimde benden bookingtekinden çok daha fazla fiyat talep ettiler ve mecbur ödedim. Son gün otel kalabalıktı ve kahvaltı için ne tabak ne çatal bulabildik. Bazı ürünler bitmişti ve yenilenmedi. Hizmet yetersizdi. Odadaki perde yarımdı, birinci kattaydık ve akşam içeri görünmesin diye ışığı kapatıp giyiniyorduk. 3 gece için 22000 ödedim ve o fiyata çok daha iyisinde kalabilirdim

Konumu çok iyiydi, oda check in saatinden önce hazırsa ekstra ücret almadan odaya yönlendirme yapıyorlar.

Cons:

Genel civardaki otellere göre pahalı, ücretine göre hizmet kalitesi kötü. Odada siyah lekeli havlular vardı lavabo içi temiz değildi. Kahvaltıda stoklar yenilenmiyor tabak bile bulamıyorsunuz bi süre sonra. Fiyatını hak ettiğini düşünmüyorum.

Die Lage ist perfekt wenn man sich die Altstadt ansehen will. Das Taxi kann für längere Ausflüge direkt beim Hotel stehen bleiben - innerhalb des Aktstadtkerns können Taxis nur mit zusätzlicher Gebühr einfahrenn.
Personal sind ist sehr freundlich. Frühstück ok.
Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel, wenn wir wieder nach Baku kommen, dann wahrscheinlich in dieses Hotel.

Waren zuerst im "7 Beauties Hotel & Spa" in der Altstadt, das war eine Katastrophe (Mini Zimmer, eines davon ohne Fenster, sehr schmutzig, Spa Bereich eine Verarsche...). Sind dann in dieses Hotel umgezogen.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war nicht berauschend. Barfuß im Zimmer zu gehen ist nucht möglich, sofort schwarze Sohlen. Vorgänge waren durch den Schmutz grau anstelle weiß, Balkonboden wurde schon länger nicht mehr gewischt. Beistelltisch auf Balkon hat gefehlt und wurde uns trotz Bitte nicht gebracht.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Promenade hin, es gibt entsprechenden Lärm durch die Straße.
Meerblick ist relativ, da die Sicht durch sie Bäume verstellt ist.
