Promenade Hotel Baku

Staff was great with communication and assistance of any sort. We were pleased. Food on fourth floor restaurant was excellent. Staff was excellent.

Kahvaltısı normaldi. ilk gün giriş yaptığımızda banyo zemini temiz değildi house keeping hızlıca temizledi. çocuk için istediğimiz ek yatak kötü kokuyordu. 1 gün sonra söyleyince değiştirdiler. yeni misafir öncesi bence kontrolleri iyi değil yada bize denk geldi. şehir hoteli olarak tercih edilebilir. pencereler ses alıyor ama ana caddedeki bir şehir oteli için normal

Easy check-in and check out. Really helpful reception staff. Breakfast was plentiful and good

We had booked 4 nights in a suite , the room was bad .
The curtains were off the hook and all night the light was coming into the room in spite of complaining several times the issue was not fixed .
As soon as we arrived and checked in noticed the sink in the bathroom was filling up, the shower area was leaking and all the water was accumulating in the bathroom . Had to remind them several times and even then the shower issue was not fixed.
Asked to have the room changes but got no response. Finally on the last day we spoke to the manager who said he would change the room but it was too late.
The breakfast was very average and the kitchen didn’t bother to replenish the food.

Total waste of money paid for horrible room and no service .

Nice and clean hotel just outside of the Old Town, perfect location to everywhere. Clean and comfortable room, although it’s dark as there is a window which is painted and cannot see through. Toilet works badly.
Super disappointed with the breakfast as there is nothing (not even the will) to cater people with allergies. If you have allergies or intolerances, you end up hungry. Canned goods. Also level of English spoken was loooww, if not taken the reception into account.

Excellent location in downtown Baku right across the street from sea promenade and walking distance to historical Old Town, restaurants and museums

Everything about the hotel from staff to room and bed and breakfast was awesome. Choices at breakfast should suit anyone. Never ran out of anything. Eggs to order. Porridge too. Different fresh fruits every day. Staff were so helpful. I booked a pick up from airport to hotel on arrival and it was seamless and quick. Printed off my boarding pass for me. Helped to book a taxi back to airport and told me where to go next door for cash to pay him. Rooftop bar had music and we had drinks up there. Very nice. Noise from the traffic is obviously going to be heard. Ear plugs are needed if you can’t sleep with that sort of noise. I did with no ear plugs. Bed and pillows were sublime. Towels and dressing gowns very good.
Cannot recommend the Promenade Hotel enough. First Class as far as I’m concerned

街歩きにベストなロケーション。すぐ裏が世界遺産の旧市街。部屋は素敵だったが、窓がない部屋だったので閉塞感があった。朝食レストランが小さいので待つことになった。空港までのクルマを事前予約したが、４０分遅れて来たので、フライト時間にギリギリになってしまった。

Sejour une nuit d’escale. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la vieille ville et la promenade le long de la mer. Proximité de la mer appréciable. Chambres spacieuses, propreté impeccable, le petit resto terrasse ouverte sur le toit est un plus - en terme de vue et plein air vs la cuisine :) (NB access escalier en colimaçon). Personnel très accueillant . J’ai eu un pbl de transfert à l’arrivée qu’ils se sont impliqués de compenser. Bonne adresse, j’ai réservé de nouveau pour prochain voyage

Bu otel 5 yıldızlı demiş ama max 3 yıldız eder. 3 ve 4 yıldızlı bu otelden çok daha iyi otellerde kaldım

El hotel está bien la ubicación es excelente , lo que no me gustó fue el arreglo de la cama las sabanas estaban incómodas y picaban que creo no estaban muy limpias.

Fint hotel. Men opplevelsen ble et stort minus da aircondition ikke fungerte. Fikk ikke sovet første natt. Panelet på aircondition viste 29,5 varmegrader på rommet. Det var ingen vinduer på rommet. Ingen annet utvei enn å slå av aircondition resten av oppholdet. Og da temperaturen 24-25 grader. Hotellet var ellers fint.

Hotel is good. Clean, neat and Great location and excellent staff. Only thing that got a room without a window, but it was fine. Breakfast needs improvement.

The pros : staff polite, hotel looks nice interior and exterior. Convenient location to near dining places, cafes and restaurants and behind there is the old Baku city which is the historical attractions in Baku.
The cons: hotel toilet not clean enough and the bed was dented on half side and the first 1 nite the room allocated to me was noisy due to a nearby restaurant with a live band. The bed is too hard is like sleeping on a concrete floor. Luggage storage is non existent. I asked them to stow luggage for 1 nite as I went to the nearby city and will return the following day, they agreed. But next day when I checked in I found my luggage was not stowed in a storage but left at one corner at the hotel lobby. This is unacceptable and total disregared for guests property. Never will I return or recommend people this hotel.
