Would stay again.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent!!!
There was not a hair dryer in the room and I called down to the front desk and the young man on th3 night shift brought one up to me!!!
The room was very spacious and I really liked the kitchenette. It was very nice to have a fridge with ice.
We did really like the shower, although I was hoping for a tub. The water pressure was amazing!!
The breakfast was really good as well. It was all nice and hot and lots of choices.

Cons:

The beds are terribly uncomfortable, but the linens and pillows were fabulous!!!
I was hoping for a bathtub, but there was only a shower.

Broken ice machines on every floor. Filthy carpets in hallways. Room musty swelling.

Pros:

Room was spacious and comfortable. The ac was broken and management fixed it in a very quickly. They offered a different room or to repair while I was at dinner, cold when i got back.

Cons:

The gym was great except it did not have a bench for the free weights.

Pros:

Very comfortable bed!!! Showers awesome. Breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

Carpets and floors need a deep clean as well as the elevators and parking lot. The front desk is not friendly at all. In fact the only employee who was friendly was the older man working in the kitchen.

Nice place, poor service, wouldn't recommend if you are going there to sleep.
Pros:

The Breakfast was great and the room was nice. Too bad I didn't get to sleep

Cons:

Had to make multiple noise complaints for teenagers trashing the room upstairs. Fell asleep a few times then woke by thunderous jumping and crashing sounds . Sounding like bowling in a thunderstorm. Noise started around 11:00 pm and didn't cease until 3:45 am. Nothing done about the noise after several complaints . Called the desk twice and when it didn't stop, I then got dressed and walked downstairs to make a complaint at 3:00 am . Had to get up and drive 12 hours the next morning with zero sleep. No refund or discount offered. They did offer to move my room at 3:00 am but seriously why should I have to move all my stuff in the middle of the night and then get up 2.5 hours later to pack again and leave?! They stated that the guests upstairs would be put on a "No Stay " list, but what did that do for me?, Nothing!

I enjoyed my stay and will be back and recommend.
Pros:

Everything was great. I didn't eat the breakfast because I brought food to cook. But overall it was a great stay.

Pros:

It was a large room amd clean!

Cons:

Check in took a little while. They had to call the next day to make sure I was checked in because I was marked as a no show.

Would stay again if in the area.
Pros:

Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Quiet room. Easy check in. Close to destination. Worth the price.

Cons:

Would have enjoyed a pool, only had a hot tub. Check in for 2 different hotels in the same lobby so that was a bit confusing.
