Stop cleaning the sheets in pure bleach. It stinks when it’s dried, add some kind of softener.

Rooms clean, bed very comfortable, restaurant had good food.

Went to the pool and came back and had to wait 25 mins to get into our room because the key card didn’t work. Had plans and was late but the pool was nice and the casino was also nice but probably won’t stay there again

Clean spacious rooms… amazing outdoor pool and hot tub… various dining options!

Even though our bathroom appeared to be clean, there was a stale urine odor that we smelled the strongest at the bathroom vanity. Our last night it stormed badly and we had to put a towel down at our patio door because the rain was coming in under the door and making the carpet all wet. We loved the bed, was extremely comfortable, had the best night sleep we've had in a while! The Tavern Bar & Grill had great food and great staff and servers. The Skyline event center was convenient and nice as well! We got to see our concert and just be a few feet from our room! The casino though, sucked.

Great place to stop and stay!

Overall it was clean- The restaurant we planned on going to at the casino was closed. There was not a refrigerator in the room. The bed was oddly uncomfortable. The shower was great but the seal was broken at the bottom and we had a small lake in the bathroom. Don’t order the Indian tacos at the Thunder grill.

The beds are super comfortable and rooms are very clean. It just smells like mildew in the elevators and my room. The shower water always goes on the bathroom floor so that could be part of it. Maybe it’s better outside of pool season too. Not my first stay but the same experience both times.

The only big complaint that I have is the air conditioner in our room kept shutting off during the night other than that it was an ok hotel

For starters.. I booked 2 rooms in one reservation through hotels.com. We chose to stay here so that my kids could swim and the adults could gamble a bit. I saw online that the pool was open until midnight so this was going to work out perfect, as we would not be checking in until after dinner and it would still give the kids a couple of hours to swim before bed. When we arrived around 8:15pm, they only had one room reserved for us. I showed them the booking on my phone as well as the receipt. Only then did the manager agree to l “book a new reservation” for the second room, which took 30 minutes. As we were waiting for our other room to be reserved I overheard the desk clerk let another guest that was checking in know that the pool was adults only after 9pm. Well that immediately ruined my kids plans for the evening as well as the reason we chose to stay here instead of closer to the other things we would be doing while visiting Tulsa. We finally got both of our rooms about 9:15. Almost an hour after arrival. Had we been checked in upon arrival the kids could have swam for 30 minutes but that did not happen. We decided to let the kids swim this morning since they did not get to last night. I went down and asked if we could possibly have a little later check out on just one of our rooms so the kids could have somewhere to change before the 3 hour drive back home. Brandon, the MOD informed me that they do not allow late check outs but I could rent the room for another night

Its a casino hotel, I am not sure how old it is but some of it is looking tired. There are four restaurants and only two were open, and there was no breakfast before 8am. all of the restaurants are off the gaming floor so there is no way to get a break from the noise.

Relaxing atmosphere and clean.

Service was great , bed was comfortable . At 1am my boyfriend woke up from being bit by something, sure enough it was a bedbug . Have not heard from manager yet , not offered refund , nothing has been done . Will not stay there again .

We really enjoyed our stay I only have a few things that I was disappointed with. Our room did not have fridge. When we checked in there was a pretty significant spike on the carpet in the room that was soaking wet and even when we woke up the next morning it was still wet.
