Pros:

The building was clean. Staff pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and we were surprised at how big the rooms were.

No stay, no reservation but you had no problem keeping my money.
Pros:

I arrived at the hotel to not have a reservation, and not have my money returned. Also, this was in the middle of a snow storm with negative temperatures.I will NEVER use Booking.com again.

Overall it wasn’t terrible. I liked the breakfast and the shuttle service was very nice to have.
Pros:

The room was nice and comfy. I liked how close it was to everything downtown.

Cons:

There was a weird smell in the lobby and only one elevator worked.

Only the breakfast, nothing else. HORRIBLE INTRANCE INFORMATION. I circled the buildings 3 times before I took a chance on an entrance labeled lobby not knowing which hotel it was for, even after I read the reviews and had a small idea of what to expect. THERE WAS A BED BUG IN MY SISTER'S BED!!!!! The staff was rude, there was no luggage rack to he had because the staff said they just were not returned, so I had to carry luggage to the 3rd floor with a handicapped sister. Then I was told there was also a $50.00 fee that would not be refunded for 2 to 3 days.The TV didn't work and the AC wouldn't come on. I will never stay there again! Recommend to anyone looking for a short stay.....find someplace else.

Nice except for elevator failures

Very nice, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast

Cons:

The elevators were not working and we were on the 3rd floor. My husband has a bad heart and uses a motorized mobility scooter, so going down to and back up from breakfast was very hard on him. I was carrying all our luggage down and thankfully a young man offered to help, so I asked him to help with the heavy scooter and we paid him $20-better than my husband having a heart attack :o We needed to be at granddaughter’s dance performance which the whole trip was planned for. We also stayed the previous night. Lesson learned to stay on first floor from now on.
