Pros:

The staff was super friendly, even when training. I loved the breakfest

Cons:

The pillows werent sustainable. You have basic TV, maybe upgrade TV to a smart TV, sonthey can cast directly from their phones. This will help those that, if your Internet goes out like it day that day. We will still be able to acess some type of media for friends and family. With basic cable. Their was nothing to do, construction was some what a inconvenience. Also the front area, or entrance, their no sign. I think we circled the parkinglot like 3 times, before figuring it out. It wasn't a welcome sign or anything inviting. It was quiet, and calm though. Overall it was a 7. Their alwys room for improvement if the hotel management takes any of this seriously. I like to come back, in case we cant afford our normal hotel (its just a tad more pricey, and I save that hotel for planned out) this hotel is quick, simple, safe and convenient when having the proper anemities. I think with those few tweaks. It can go far.

Great
Pros:

It was close to our venue and offered a free shuttle. The gentleman was very nice and informative.

Cons:

I paid for my room when I booked it months prior and my $50 home at check in was $350.00. Supposed to be refunded I. 2 days. If not I’ll be making a trip to Ok City again.

Good for your money and close to downtown
Pros:

I enjoyed the bed and shower. I liked the different foods served for breakfast. I like how there was a microwave available too.

Cons:

I didn't like the location. There was no access to walk downtown. The sight of the hotel featured a lot of construction and it was hard to identify which hotel was the one that I reserved.

Is there really a sentence than can sum this up?
Pros:

The property is a nice remodel; clean and spacious. It’s a comfortable and beautiful room with ample space and working amenities that were a nice comfort for especially in comparison to some places I’ve had to spend more money on for less.

Cons:

The entrance and parking lot is poor to navigate as there is roughly 4-6 different hotels split between the main buildings. Hotel marquee sign on the building is not visible from the entrance.. on top of poor identification it 3/4 of sign is burnt out.

Once I found a parking spot for what I thought was the buildings entrance.. it was on the opposite end.

A female employee (middle aged) was sitting directly at the entrance smoking a cigarette while on her phone. I’m all for understanding a night shift is not the ideal shift for some, so staying awake.. sane.. or when you have nothing to do to kill downtime. I walked in to the entrance, passing the employee on her phone and smoking with my daughter.. we now have to pass through your smoke break that states “NO SMOKING” on the doors entrance and everywhere throughout the building. I’m a former smoker and absolutely hated how it smelt even when I did it and did everything I could to avoid forcing others to deal with the smell.

My daughter and I wait at the counter for about 3-5 minutes.. no one at the counter or in the office that’s visibly open and empty from the counter. No bell to ring, or anything. The employee outside finally walks in past me and my daughter, passed the counter and makes a left down the hall or down the corridor to the employees area.. expecting this young woman to show up on the other side of the counter to check me in on the reservation….. or so I thought. I was fully prepared to disregard my own personal disgust about the smoke and more than understanding to discontinue whatever you were doing as i interrupted their break. But how silly of me to assume I know how a business would expect an typically operate; instead, no one shows at the counter, and after waiting another 3-5 min, I call the number listed at the counter hoping to trigger a response, checking my phones reservations to make sure I didn’t screw up the booking or to find another point of contact for someone to help.

Very nice staff.
Pros:

The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Our room had vinyl plank flooring, very dark color, and it was obvious that something had been spilled around the sink area and it had not been mopped, just wiped, which felt sticky under my feet. The room was fine other than that.

Excellent experience…
Pros:

The breakfast was an excellent perk. The staff was very friendly….A bonus note, I had to reschedule my original reservation because my wife took ill and I could not leave her alone. I had booked through Booking.com. Your staff, Sarah and one other young lady, were extremely polite and helpful. Due to the third party booking, it was not the easiest process to communicate my dilemma. I fully expected to lose my prepayment. However, your staff and Management came through for me and approved transferring my registration to one week later. I cannot express my gratitude, and overall appreciation for this gesture. It may seem relative insignificant but for me, the consumer, it registered in a major way…..THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Cons:

My only true “negative” was partially my fault. There was no stopper in the bathroom sink in room 320, just the open drain. I made mental note of that as I was rinsing the blade heads from my electric shaver. The center blade has to be physically removed from the assembly while the other four simply flip up and open. I was rinsing that center head, fumbled it and down into the black abyss it went. There was no retrieving it. Had there been a stopper, and I not been quite so fumble-fingered, this could have been avoided. Now, I have to purchase a full 5-part replacement shaver head…

The location is in primarily an industrial area. As a retired law enforcement officer, the area appeared a little “sketchy.”

The grounds crew was mowing near my car, a 2001 SVT Cobra Mustang “show car.” The gentleman blew grass clippings all across the rear of my car, up on the rear glass and roof. He needs to use a discharge shield to prevent this. Had there been debris in the grass he was mowing, projectiles could/ would cause significant damage to customers’ cars…..
