Digging into my pockets,when you should have protected me ,l don't know the area .l was there,

As you can see I'm still booking hotels through your company although you have really discouraged me from doing so I'm looking into other apps now I cannot believe you are trying to keep a refund that I was there I wasn't on books she said it wasn't there and booyah you're taking my $71 so I don't think so you were supposed to protect me from garbage cockroach infested everywhere drinking versus people yellow sheets instead of white the carpet is not a cat food and you want to keep my money when I give you a lot of money each week that's not happening you should not take those types of motels they are living off of you I will not pay anything for that place unless you do not take that money out put it back

Cons:

Cockroach Motel drug infection people feel free mold in the shower I'm not putting my feet in there and it's not off the sheets for yellow I was there I was not on the confirmation I didn't get a confirmation you are not keeping that money for a fee that's ridiculous you should protected me check out who you have on your website because they're taking you to the cleaners out of our paychecks

Wish I didn’t stay here and it took forever to get the smell off my clothes.

Cons:

Smelled like cigarettes. Drug users on property. Loud facility till 4am. Loud fights from rooms next door and above. Tape kept the light cord in sockets. Dirty facility. Dirty room. Stains on bed and sheets. Cigarette burns on them. When I checked in there was a drug user high and arguing with staff about “too many cops in the area” two outlets didn’t work. This place is literally a spot people seem to go to get high. Staff didn’t do a thing to change anything. Terrible place.

Sorry it's not worth of our stay..

We were very disappointed

Cons:

We booked non smoking room, but gave us smoking. When we open the room, it smelled bad, so we had to complain at the front desk, then the ladies their were not that helpful coz they said no more available rooms, then there was a guy there who helped and gave us another room, which also smells cigarettes, it was not bad as the first one but still the smoke smell were still in the room.

We were tired already coz we came in late evening from driving so we had to just stayed.

Bed Sheets had holes burned from cigarettes, but still they had to used them for that room.

Towels did not have fresh smells.

Trash can in the breakfast room was very dirty. Looked like it was not cleaned for how many weeks.

Ladies in the front desk were not friendly.

We are sorry that we are not going back to that place. We were in this property 2 yrs ago but this time it was not a good experience.

Not very much. Very dirty

Cons:

Room was dirty bad odor people banging around in the parking lot most of the night TV controller didn't work for the volume or the channels only one light worked in the room besides the bathroom and vanity room

A couple of staff was kind
