Beds were comfortable…room was clean and spacious…I did have to call housekeeping to come clean the bathroom…and the toilet was leaky, as if you had to turn it off after every flush, or it would run and make noise until it was used again!

Cons:

The plumbing. Slow drains and leaky toilet.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Galleria Suites because the rooms were spacious & comfortable
Pros:

The view faced Truist Park and the surrounding tall buildings. It was nice to see all the lights, since we are from the country. Our room was a king suite, and the living room furniture was comfortable, with a sectional sofa and a huge TV. There were sliding doors separating the living room from the bedroom, so it felt relaxing and spacious. The bed was nice, but a little firm for me. The pillows were soft and squishy to make up for it. The free breakfast included sausage, eggs, fruit, biscuits, cereal, and Starbucks coffee. It was a great value.

Cons:

I could hear trucks sputtering until late at night, but that is a part of city life.
