We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Galleria Suites because the rooms were spacious & comfortable
Pros:

The view faced Truist Park and the surrounding tall buildings. It was nice to see all the lights, since we are from the country. Our room was a king suite, and the living room furniture was comfortable, with a sectional sofa and a huge TV. There were sliding doors separating the living room from the bedroom, so it felt relaxing and spacious. The bed was nice, but a little firm for me. The pillows were soft and squishy to make up for it. The free breakfast included sausage, eggs, fruit, biscuits, cereal, and Starbucks coffee. It was a great value.

Cons:

I could hear trucks sputtering until late at night, but that is a part of city life.

Cons:

When I exited the parking deck, there was a $10.00 charge. Should not have to pay to park at your hotel.

Convenient to Truist Park for Braves games.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, very convenient to Truist Park for the Braves game.

Cons:

I didn't like that I'd made a mistake during booking and accidently double booked my hotel room at check in the lady said she would put a ticket in to refund me the $438 for the second room that I didn't use, but guess that won't ever happen, so it cost me $900 for a one night stay.

Overall a beautiful hotel with well kept and clean rooms. Nice front desk workers and great location
Pros:

We loved the location, it was walking distance to the battery. We also loved the cleanliness of the whole hotel and the shower!

Cons:

Housekeeping opened our door around 8am when we were still sleeping. No knocking heard. It made me uncomfortable and scared because I was woken up to the door slamming into the door stopper.

It was great overall.
Pros:

Breakfast was fabulous. I was fully charged before my all day meetings. Your staffs were wonderful and they were very accommodating. They worked hard for us in tidying up the whole area though out the whole breakfast session.

Cons:

The Crosswalk was under construction that affected our travel to The Galleria Conference. It was scary trying to cross the busy streets.

Just 1 night, but enjoyed our stay :D
Pros:

Room was really comfy and well appointed. Everything felt fresh and new. Cleanliness was on par.

Cons:

Two elevators were broken when we were there, only 1 wokring which was a bit of a mess. HOWEVER, the friendly staff took quick action to go to each floor and help people use the service elevator to get us down to the main level. Above and beyond and really helped make a bad situation into an oppurtnity to show care for the customer. Good job!!!

I really enjoyed the room just was upset about that pool but overall it was an awesome place with the staff very friendl

The pool wasn’t open the whole time we was there and was told Friday night it would be a couple hours it was down for cleaning but learned from a security guard that pool been down for months I wish it was noted online that pool was down because i traveled out of town to enjoy the water
