Comfortable room and helpful staff. Seems to have been recently remodeled with carpet and decor. Requested a quiet room and had a good sleep.
Unfortunately, breakfast is in an overly crowded space and the food wasn't seasoned. Long waits to self-serve food due to congestion, and no salt in sight to add to eggs, etc.

El día antes de mi check-in le envié email para pedir un cambio en mi reservacion. Solo me indicaron que debía comunicarme con Booking qué fui la página donde hice la reservacion. Llamé a Booking donde los llamaron, no le contestaron el teléfono ni la petición que Booking le envió. Gracias a eso, perdí una noche de mi reservacion de tres noches. Deben mejorar la comunicación. 0/10
Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the hotel. Shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower. TV I could watch YouTube on . Love this location

Front desk staff wasn’t always very friendly
I always like staying here because I feel safe, it's so clean and pretty and most of the time ,good people stay there .
I didn't like that a guest had their dog, and the dog was tied to the guard rail , in back of the building ,right outside my window . The poor dog was on a short lease , trying to get loose and barking constantly. The owner of the dog and myself got into a disagreement about the situation but it was resolved . What I didn't like? I was told I was white entitled. How can that be when we all pay the same , stay at the same place? I dont think big dogs should be allowed .
Nothing, the hotel had never even set up my rescheduling date I had plan ahead of two weeks because the staff is incompetent

Bed was not bad, clean and comfortable somehow. Breakfast was good we preferred boiled eggs instead of the crumble eggs.
It was outdated, carpet ripped, internet weak signals and cuts off. Our room was on ground floor and we asked for second floor or first but the guy when we arrived said the hotel is full and no other rooms available. But it was in fact not full, we didn’t notice it was busy.
The breakfast choices were good and the staff were nice.
The bathroom was very small but functional. A non slip shower mat would have been appreciated.
thee scrambled eggs were terrific, the bed was comfy, but I had a hard time working the TV!

Breakfast was crowded: the sitting space should be bigger. More fruit would also be nice. Use of plastic hurts...! Bumped several times into a strange man that looked like lost (or on drugs?!) in the elevator and corridors. He was not agressive but always talking nonsense. Front desk staff seemed not to know how to deal with him...
