Hari was truly amazing and very professional
Pros:

When I checked in at the Best Western hotel in Glenview Illinois. Hari at the front desk could not find my reservation. When I showed him the email of the confirmation he was able to figure out the issue and get me checked in right away. I travel with work a lot and he's always so pleasant when I come to the Glenview location. He's extremely friendly and very patient.

Would stay again if do not care about pool and price was as good or better.
Pros:

Location and cleanliness

Cons:

The pool was closed and I had no awareness of this. Had lightbulbs blinking near bed and need to be replaced. Noisy neighbors above us one night. Staff okay but do not go out of way to see if you need anything or enjoying your stay.

Generic hotel and rooms, but clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Hotel was basic but clean. Big thank you to Fara at the front desk who switched my room the second day into my stay. My experience (and my review of the hotel) would have been very different, otherwise. Also, a pleasant surprise for this vegan guest was that almond milk was available at breakfast.

Cons:

My first room, located at level with the highway, was so noisy that I couldn't sleep.

Should be a Best Western Plus hotel
Pros:

From start to finish a great experience. Comfortable bed, clean room, amazing staff, quick repairs, well lit parking, beside a very good restaurant, çentral location in northern suburbs, great price. Only negative was poor Internet in rooms. Would definitely stay again.

Pros:

I haven’t had a good experience with this hotel, so unfortunately there is not much I can say about liking it. I do not recommend booking these facilities.

Cons:

The hotel staff were very unhelpful. There is absolutely no public transport heading up that way in the evening. I phoned them on my way from the airport to ask for a shuttle or suggestions how can I get there using public transport facility. No suggestions were made and I was told they can’t offer a shuttle either. I was stranded in a middle of a night waiting for uber to arrive for 2 hrs. When I got there the receptionist at the check in desk told me that my credit card has been declined, so they couldn’t authorise the payment. I offered to pay by cash instead. Cash payment has been taken, but a week after I departed from the hotel, they have taken a duplicate payment from my credit card of what I have already paid by cash on my arrival! In addition to that, I have sent them a number of emails to investigate the error on their behalf and refund me the money, but none reply from the hotel has been received up to date (which is two months later) UTTERLY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
