Okay, but nothing to write home about and it will not be my first choice of stays in the future.
Pros:

Convenience to everything I was going to do during my stay in the North Texas area.
Bed was comfortable and large flat screen tv and staff were friendly.

Cons:

Looked fairly clean but it was old and outdated which makes it seem dingy. The elevator floor was dirty most of the time and when I shared that with the front desk staff, they seemed like they were going to get right on it, but an hour or two later it was still a mess.
The breakfast was terrible. The hot food was barely edible, sorry but it wasn't. After the first day I didn't even bother with eating breakfast there at the hotel. This is a Mariotte Hotel Chain and it should do BETTER!

Good room for the price!
Pros:

Good overall for the price, room was good for the night and breakfast was great. Lots of options.

Cons:

Pool was overly chlorinated and the pumps are not on. Did not seem very clean!

Bad choice and disappointed
Pros:

It is kinda old building. I'm disappointed gym has almost nothing other than dumbbells and some of the work out stuff doesn't work. Room was on first floor and too much squeaky noises were coming from upstairs room. You can hear plumbing pipes are running lot. So not satisfied, overpriced stay.

Perfect for our weekend getaway. Lots of families with athletes so it was very family friendly!
Pros:

Although it was an older property, it had all the amenities we needed for our short family stay. The property was nestled in amongst two other hotels next door to a beautiful heart hospital. The staff was by far the nicest group of people I have ever encountered at a hotel!

Cons:

There’s nothing to say negative. I suppose if we wanted to use the pool, we may have been disappointed it was closed…
