Pros:

パトンビーチの目の前で、ファミリーマートの上にあります！繁華街の中心にあるので滞在中に不便はありませんでした！ただ、記載されてある住所、電話番号が違うらしくタクシーの方が困惑していたので、改善して頂きたいです。フロントの方も良い人だったのでホテル自体は快適でした！海側じゃないと窓がないので暗いのが苦手な方は嫌かな？と思いました。

Pros:

We loved this property. It was a hidden gem, in two ways! First, it seemed to be a new property on Expedia, as there was only 1 review. Secondly, it was a bit hidden when trying to actually find the property location. It is RIGHT ON Patong Beach, however it's literally above a Family Mart store. You walk through the store and over to a sliding door that leads you to a stairwell and up the stairs is the front desk and the rooms. There are only 5 rooms, two with views of the ocean and three without. We were in 2 rooms without water views, but we were soooo close it didn't matter. To go to the beach, you walks back down the stairs and out the Family Mart doors on the beach side, and you are on the beach! The staff was amazing! Koi, the front desk person, was awesome. She gave us advice and arranged a day trip for us on a longboat to some awesome islands. The rooms are CLEAN, and well appointed. Nice chair, foot massager, desk, nice bathroom, great lighting. There was even a washer and dryer we were able to use, which was a great surprise. It's right in the heart of the Phuket/Patong Beach action, with lots of bars, restaurants and shopping, as well a the beach, but it was quiet at night! We would definitely stay there again, and we hated to leave!!

Pros:

I like its location and the modern showerhead, TV and leg massage but in terms of cleanliness, the edges of the bathroom and the floor can be cleaned better.
There should also be signs to show its exact location.
I took the family room and when there was heavy rain, it seem that there is water trapped on the false ceiling.

Pros:

Fabulous staff. Clean and had all amenities. Great location so handy. If only 2 of you the rooms overlooking the beach are superb. 3 of you all good 2. Just no sea view a little hard to find as through Family Mart. Highly recommend and good price

Pros:

Love the rooms .Especially the sea view room.Great hospital from the host miss Oy.Great location just in front of paying beach with family mart downstairs.
