Pros:

Great location, beautiful room and lovely swimming pool. The staff were brilliant and helped us to arrange a balloon flight before we left. There was also a great selection of food at breakfast.

Cons:

There was a musty smell in the bathroom and the sink didnt drain very well but everything else was fabulous.

La piscina

Cons:

Los muebles de la habitación están bastante descuidados, la limpieza estaba bastante bien si no mirabas, por ejemplo, los rincones de la mampara de la ducha.
Al principio insisten bastante en que realizes todo el gasto posible con ellos ( excursiones, comidas, etc) ,entiendo que es su trabajo, pero con informar una vez sería suficiente. Al hotel le falta una terraza en condiciones.

Fantastic location, perfect cave suite, friendly staff.
Pros:

The suite we booked was exceptional. Having a private spa in the room was perfect for us. The hotel is quiet and just what we needed after a busy few days exploring Istanbul. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk and you are in the heart of Gorome.

They were excellent at communicating via whatsapp from the time I booked the hotel. I also booked airport transfers with them. And even during our stay, they constantly stayed in touch. Which I thought was a nice touch.

The staff are so lovely and welcoming. So attentive and ask all the time if we need anything. The reception ladies Berjin and Tuba from the time we arrived, the chef, waiters and waitresses are all so friendly and took the time to speak to us and really looked after us. Nothing was too much for them.

They allowed us to spend the whole day at the hotel once we checked out and whenever I wanted to pray, Berjin would give me the prayer mat and allow me to pray in the office, and once I returned the prayer mat, she would always give me duas, “May Allah accept”.

May Allah reward them all for their kindness and hospitality.
