Es un hotel muy bonito y tranquilo pero hay que tener en cuenta que las habitaciones dan a un patio interior cerrado.

Nos gustó todo, las chica recepción muy amable!Lo que no nos gustó nada fue el trato final al dejar la llave el chico de la recepción estaba dormido cogió la llave y se volvió a costar y cerró la puerta en nuestras narices!!! tuvimos que esperar 30min el Transfer casi perdimos el vuelo y nosotros fuera sin ningún tipo trato;(

Nice location close to centre with good swimming pool
Pros:

Location just 2 minute to goreme centre.

Rooms were nice and clean . Carpet rugs are amazing. Breakfast ok just like all tukish breakfast we have 0 expectations so wont comment. Customer service and cleanliness is very good. Swimming pool is geeat. There are 3 resident kitten with mama cat they r so cute.

Posizione centrale. Stanze ricavate nella roccia molto suggestive. Piscina all'aperto bella e utilissima. Terrazza panoramica.

Cons:

La scarsa cura dei dettagli sia delle camere che all'esterno. Caro il ristorante ( una pizza tipica, non buona, 14 euro).

Full marks for hospitality at grand elite cave suites in goreme cappadocia. Manager Ilhan and his staff are all exceptional in their kindness, solving any queries we had. On our flight to cappadocia wife's tooth filling came out and we were worried how it will impact our trip. Ilhan arranged a prompt appointment at a local well established dental clinic, provided us with an interpreter which was very much needed and the whole process was so smooth and effortless. We were so grateful. We were travelling with an 8 month old baby and a 10 year old boy and they had everything from nice breakfast to a swimming pool to keep them entertained and well fed. We booked all our excursions with the help of ilhan before arriving and everything was scheduled to the exact time and we faced no delays and no upsets with anything. Balloon rides, atv, safari and the red tour were all very well planned with both pick ups and drops offs. I will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone who wants to visit cappadocia.

Un séjour charmant!
Pros:

Le cadre est vraiment idyllique, la piscine, les resto sous les lumières le soir, les petits chats partout, les chambres charmantes, nous avons adoré! La Clim et eau chaude fonctionnne bien. La douche coule un peu sous le mur de verre et les joints pourraient être refaits mais rien pour briser le charme. L’hôtel a booké les ballons pour nous pour une fraction du prix pour le lendemain (70 euros) Le petit déjeuner est standard. Les bouteilles d’eau dans les chambres sont appréciées. Tout le village se fait à pieds. Un excellent séjour !

Struttura ottima, camera spaziosa con sauna e vasca idromassaggio. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Un ringraziamento speciale al personale della reception, in particolare alla signorina Berjim, e all'addetto al bar della piscina, il signor Ajden, che hanno fatto tutto il possibile per rendere il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile.

Отель оставил очень приятное впечатление, нам понравилось абсолютно всё. Номер уютный и удобный, чисто, красиво, вид из окон прекрасный. Бесплатная частная парковка, очень удобно. Территория отеля красивая, с хорошими бассейнами, удобными локациями для отдыха, в ресторане вкусно готовят. Отель очень удобно расположен. С его территории и из окон прекрасно видно взлетающие утром воздушные шары
