Tolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Insgesamt ist es gewöhnungsbedürftig in einer Höhle zu wohnen und die Luft ist natürlich nicht wie gewohnt. Es war aber eine tolle Erfahrung in der Cave zu wohnen. Sie war sehr groß, die Betten waren gut und auch die Dusche lief gut.

Herausragend war das Frühstück. Sehr sehr freundliches Personal. Eine große Essensauswahl und täglich ein frisches Ei. Etwas besserer Kaffee wäre toll aber das ist Geschmacksache.

Auch die Rezeption ist immer besetzt und immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen.

Toll ist auch, dass es Parkplätze vor der Tür und wenn diese besetzt sind auch hinter dem Haus weitere sind.

Von der Dachterrasse sind die Heißluftballons gut zu sehen. Sie sind aber nicht drüber hinweg geflogen.

Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.

Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel in toller Lage.

Cons:

Die Badezimmertür war nicht gut montiert und war sehr sehr laut. Der Whirlpool hat nach dem anmachen sehr stark nach Schwefel gerochen, sodass sie nicht nutzbar für uns war. Die Sauna war ok. Sie wurde nicht richtig heiß und die stromkabelverläufe waren für uns nicht sicher genug.

Der Zimmerservice ist leider nur ok. Ab Tag 3 hatten wir nur noch 2 anstatt von 3 Handtüchern. Der Kaffee, Tee und Wasser wurde zweimal vergessen aufzufüllen. Steinchen wurden nicht weggesaugt.

Great stay
Pros:

We stayed in cave room With spa right on the roof top was very nice, bed really comfortable. Breakfast was good however little late for 8.30am start for us. Last morning we missed as we needed to leave at 8am. Walking distance to town. Reception very helpful will also arrange tours

La stanza della prima notte era un po' carente ma già la seconda notte ce l'hanno cambiata. Al mattino presto possono essere un po' rumorose se ci sono partenze o gite in mongolfiera in quanto non molto insonorizzate. La pulizia delle stanze va migliorata

Pros:

Great location with easy parking. The center with shops and restaurants is easily walkable, still the hotel is located at a corner. Breakfast was amazing, many fresh salads and plenty of options. You can see balloons from the terrasse (5-6am!). There is a pool, but we only used our private whirlpool. The hotel can help with trips and transportation. Very friendly staff. Sleeping in a cave room was a very unique experience. We enjoyed our stay and would definately recommend this hotel!

The room had a consistent funny smell
Pros:

It was within walking distance to restaurants and cafes.

Cons:

We had asked for breakfast packs as we were leaving at 07:30 on the last morning and they agreed. But in the morning we left we were met with a very rude staff member who was of no help. And we left without breakfast- after it was promised.
