Pros:

Close to food stores... Shopping and easy access for taxi pickup

Cons:

Room was comfortable size.. The bar fridge not working.. . No kettle and other appliances available.. like advertised.. Shower wasn't clean. TV not clear. I booked for room with balcony that was not forthcoming when I asked the receptionist said this is the only room available. No assistance to your roo.m. They just hand you the key. The owner helped me upstairs. Even when leaving.. You would at least expect some assistance with luggage to your cab.
Wine cellar lower floor.. The owner invited randomly one morning. I Felt uncomfortable.. I certainly wouldn't encourage solo female to accept invitation to wine tasting at 9pm.

worth to stay if your priority is only cost and warm staff
Pros:

Staff was warm and welcome.

Cons:

WiFi doesn't work, or work very weak. Bed linen was dirty. There was a pile of various types of trash left over from previous guests under the bathroom sink. At breakfast time, they were frying eggplant in the open kitchen, resulting in a suffocating smell of burning oil.

Pros:

За свои деньги вариант вполне хороший. Мне нужно было именно в этом районе поэтому получилось удачно. По чистоте и комфорту на 4 из 5.

Cons:

Довольно скудные завтраки, минимальный шведский стол. Нет ни какого варианта зернового кофе, только растворимый. Думаю поставить фильтр-кофе или кофе во френч-прессе не очень затратно, но это будет значительно лучше растворимого. Порадовал хороший каштановый мёд.

Consider booking at another place.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Breakfast, cleanliness of the rooms. Had a terrible shock looking at the state of the toilet. Its a shame that a hotel such as this is maintained in a such a bad state. I recommended staying away from this hotel.
This is not a 4 star hotel - more like a 1-2 star hotel.

Понравилось все ! Интерьер просто бомбический , видно что все сделано с большой любовью . Дизайнеры постарались на оценку 10+
Сказали что у нас есть дегустация вин бесплатно , ну думаю сейчас с этого момента подробнее … подумал набухают и начнут втюхавать по космо прайсу .. Но не тут то и было .. шикарнейший зал для дегустации .. не напряжная обстановка .. Прекрасный персонал .. в итоге пей что пожелаешь и бери любую бутылку в номер АБСОЛЮТНО БЕСПЛАТНО! Но поскольку мы люди воспитанные мы не воспользовались опцией набухаться и продолжить в номере пить ! Я много видел в своей жизни отелей , но этот просто ШЕДЕВР! Отдельный привет Георгию ! Pros:

Георгий очень добродушный и гостеприимный хозяин. Интересуется всеми, любой вопрос решает. Холл, корридор, винный погреб великолепно сделаны. Завтрак очень хороший, персонал услужлив, готовят вкусно.

Cons:

Кондицианер работает, как вентилятор. От него становиться душно.
