Pleasant stay,good location, good views and lovely staff.
Pros:

The view from the room was great. The room was big enough as was the bed.Comfortable and clean with good shower.The staff were very friendly and helpful.Overall we had a nice stay.

Cons:

There was building work going on which was a bit noisy. The pools were not great compared to the photos.The so called infinity pool was not on site and not really an infinity pool at all.

Disappointing
Pros:

The view from the balcony, kids enjoyed the pool,
Resort and its premises are neat and well maintained..nice atmosphere...few staffs are polite and coperative...Had buffet dinner..items were less but overall food quality was good..liked it👍🏻

Cons:

Sorry to say that Front desk staffs are horrible.. They don't know how to behave with the customers..they need to be improve alot.. I have spent almost 9000 rs for 2 deluxe room but they didn't provide wifi and no Tv connection...check in was at 4pm evening, but at 10 o clock night I enquired about wifi connection, told that still they were working on it.. later I came to know that there is no wifi and tv connection in that building bcz it was recently renewed.. didn't tell any single word about that.. we felt like being cheated.. Receptionist has worst attitude,first time experiencing such an arrogant behaviour.. atleast they can inform us during check in time it is a new building...no wifi or no tv connection with a sorry..
