Véritable havre de paix au cœur d un jardin magnifique
Pros:

Véritable havre de paix, idéal pour déconnecter et se ressourcer. Les 2 piscines sont exceptionnelles et l une d entre elle offre une vue magnifique sur le coucher de soleil.
Le personnel est adorable et vous pouvez prendre l excursion dauphin sans aucune hésitation. Un chauffeur peut vous être mis à disposition si vous souhaitez visiter les environs à un prix très correct.
Enfin le restaurant est bon avec un choix varié de plats.

The pool and the views were stunning. The gardens are beautiful. Staff are lovely. Shuttle van was a bonus and very handy. Lovely outlook from balcony. Peaceful

Pros:

Un hôtel tout simplement exceptionnel : un logement magnifique, des jardins luxuriants, des équipements de grande qualité et une cuisine excellente. Le tout sublimé par un personnel attentionné, adorable et aux petits soins.

Le séjour a été assez décevant dans l’ensemble. Le seul point réellement positif reste la piscine et le calme de l’établ

- La vue des piscines, le calme

Cons:

* Une forte odeur d’égouts, très désagréable.
* Un petit-déjeuner loin des standards d’un hôtel : aucune variété, des quantités très limitées et une qualité décevante. On fait honnêtement mieux à la maison.
* Les draps ne sont pas changés régulièrement, ce qui est loin d’être acceptable pour un séjour hôtelier.
* Des escaliers peu pratiques et peu adaptés, rendant les déplacements assez difficiles.
* Un personnel constamment derrière les clients au petit-déjeuner, donnant clairement l’impression de surveiller les quantités consommées, comme s’ils avaient peur que les clients mangent « trop ».

Prachtige locatie met jungle tuin vol met bloemen, meerdere chille zwembaden, en aardig personeel

Cons:

Wel wat verouderde kamers, personeel begreep ons niet altijd goed in het engels & de keuken is niet super. Dus vanuit ons oogpunt veel potentie door de prachtige locatie, maar aan wat vernieuwing toe om echt een luxe resort te worden.

Alles het was vooral de paradijselijke tuin en de prachtige zwembaden, maar ook de bungalow en het aardige personeel en het heerlijke eten

Eigenlijk niets. Zelfs een shuttle die elk uur naar beneden reed en je naar het strand en stadje bracht was perfect geregeld
