Pros:

I really liked the room’s design and natural lighting. From the windows in the bathroom and next to the tatami area, you can see the harbor, and the view is beautiful.

Cons:

Ａn unexpected incident happened during our stay. When we were about to go out, we found that the door had been locked from the outside. The lock itself is very simple, with only a single locking mechanism. After trying for a few minutes, we realized that it was likely someone had locked it from the outside. I looked through the peephole and saw a staff member passing by in the hallway, so we knocked loudly on the door. About a minute later, the door suddenly became unlocked and we were able to open it.

After we got out, no staff member came to explain what had happened. When we later reported the issue to the hotel through booking.com message, their response was that they had checked the surveillance footage and that no one had passed by outside the corridor; they suggested that the wind might have been too strong, which was why we couldn’t open the door. The front desk staff are not regularly present, so we did not have the opportunity to raise the issue with them in person.

To be honest, I originally didn’t mind too much, because I assumed it was simply an accident—perhaps a staff member thought the room was empty. However, the response I received made me feel that the matter was not taken seriously, and that I was not given an honest explanation about what happened (I clearly saw a staff member passing by through the peephole). I also recorded a video of the entire process when we were unable to open the door. The video clearly shows that it could not have been caused by the wind.

I hope no one else has to experience having their door locked from the outside.

睡醒打開窗簾即海景，心情很好。 對面有便利商店，停車位在樓下。

音響充実｡部屋綺麗。
Pros:

朝食のセットがリーズナブルで美味しかったです。
外観は想像と少し違いましたが、室内は清潔で設備も満足でした😊浴室の景色やBluetooth音響でリラックスできました！また利用したいです。
向かいにローソンがあり便利。

寝泊まりするには十分です！
Pros:

日中は、ほとんど外でアクティブに動いてたので、最低限の設備や清潔さを求めていました。清潔さは満足です！お風呂も洗面も綺麗で、掃除はされていました。家族４人ではスーツケース広げるところなどが限られてて少し狭くも感じましたが、料金も早割で安かったので問題ないです。名護、美ら海水族館、古宇利島、水納島、この辺りの観光を巡るにはとても良いところでした！目の前にコンビニがあったので、飲み物買うのに重宝しました。海に入ったりしてたので、洗濯・乾燥機ありがたかった！

因為房間門外是戶外走廊,小昆蟲(螳螂、海蟑螂)會出現唷! 房間有一大片落地窗,早上看海景很漂亮! 房間算乾淨, 浴室乾溼分離, 有藍芽音箱可以連,邊泡澡聽音樂很享受:)

停車方便，廁所有浴缸、椅子跟放東西的架子。
房間空間算大。

Cons:

第一晚沒網路，傳訊詢問，沒回覆。
第二晚洗澡沒熱水，一樣問了沒回應。
有問題找不到人解決，本來早上要親自跟業者反應，但是早上業者不在，只有打掃的人。
居住品質不穩定也找不到人解決。不推薦。

沒特別推薦，just so so. 囊咖啡機上有灰塵，看起來很久沒被使用，買了二個膠囊咖啡，使用起來竟漏水，夜間沒服務人員，沒人可以處理，一早有服務人員，換了一台咖啡機給我一樣漏水，再下去人又不見了
