Pros:

The front desk check in guy was very nice and kind. When we told him some of the things with our room he offered a different room and overall was accommodating.

Cons:

There was hair on the pillow cases plus some food or stains and black marks on the sheets. When they came to change it, one of the girls wasn’t very friendly. The other one seemed to be nice and hard working but they only changed on pillow case not all of them even though the small the pillow cases had some stuff dirty with them. While I definitely understand it’s an older facility the floors, baseboards, and shower were extremely dirty and with that it felt hard to feel comfortable because we had no idea the level of cleanliness of the rest of the room.

Overall our stay was a disappointment.
Pros:

The breakfast was fairly good. The hot foods were warm, not hot.

Cons:

We used the hot tub but the water was just lukewarm and the pool area was pretty dirty. The AC in our room didn't work properly. I set the temp to 65 as the room was really hot and it never really cooled down. The shower head needs replacing and the toilet didn't flush properly.

It’s was very dirty. When we checked in, they checked us into room 118 that smelled of rotten smoke there was dirt and grime all over the floor and walls.

We had to change our room, the first room was unexceptable. I wanted a hot bath in our new room only to find that it didn't have a stopper to plug the water.

My room shower was really dirty and alot of build up on on the shower head and lining, my room had bed bugs, and roach parts in the mattress seem, ended up just sleeping in my car.

Worst experience in my life!
Pros:

The 1st room we were assigned smelled like human feces. The next room had holes in the furniture with stain worn off; AC was so loud it kept us up all night. Bathroom light was dim, fan squealed, walls were filthy, wood trim had stain worn off. Pool was green and hot tub was out of order. Breakfast had old apples and hard pancakes. There is a large dump of old furniture and lamps on one side of the property visible from the parking lot. Another guest had a very large dog off its leash. The front desk was not concerned about safety for people or our dog's safety. The security door did not lock on one side of the property, and the other side had a homeless encampment.
Our credit card was overcharged as what our receipt stated.

Cons:

Side entrance door did not lock, our room door had to be pulled shut hard to latch. Hairdryer functioned but was cracked, should be replaced. Bathroom caulk looks awful, worst towels I’ve seen in years

Horrific Experience _ Do Not Stay Here
Pros:

Arrived in Eagle after being down in Aspen. Believed I was booking on the Wyndham site, turns out it was a Third Party Site. Arrived at the property on 5/31 at 4pm. There was not a single car in the entire parking lot. The property appeared to be closed or condemned. I went in through the front doors and there was a person at the desk.

I explained my reservation about staying at this property given what I saw. (There was furniture from the hotel sitting outside the entrance) picture attached.

I explained I didn't think I was going to stay and he allowed me to check the room. Simply not great at all with a horrendous odor. Went back downstairs asked for a reimbursement. (I am Lifetime Platinum Marriott Member with 7900 nights) He stated he would not reimburse me. I left and called the Third Party Booking site. They called the hotel, the hotel clerk still would not release the charges.

So today, I contacted Wyndham Customer Care who said it will likely take a week to review.

Upon getting to my next property the clerk informed me this property has recently had bed bugs as reported by guests who have left and further, they have a history of cancelling peoples reservations who arrive after 9pm without notification.

This is a terrible operation and in all of my years I have never seen anything like this hotel. It looked like it should be condemned. Geoff Ballotti and the Wyndham Team should be embarrassed to allow this to be called a Wyndham Property.
