Все прекрасно, трохи не вистачило дрібниць
Pros:

Дуже сподобався привітний персонал, те що нам дали мисочку для собаки, при запиті перевели з доплатою в кращий і зручніший номер дуже швидко. Поруч багато магазинів, в номері в який нас перевели була можливість приготувати їжу, що дуже зручно, бо ми з собакою. Хороша звукоізоляція, вранці тихо і можна добре виспатися. Ну і взагалі те, що заклад лояльно відноситься навіть до великих собак ви великі молодці! Дякуємо!

Cons:

Я так розумію, це політика власника, а не примхи персоналу. Так от, якщо власник читає: ну реально незручно бігти і просити на рецепшн чай, цукор та серветки. Якщо це розраховано на те, що люди просто, соромлячись як і я, вийдуть в сусідній магазин та куплять. Ну включіть їх у вартість та й по всьому. Але це збільшить в рази загальне враження. Я приїхала заселитися вже близько 12 ночі, то мені було сумно, що в номері був чайник, але чаю не було, навіть щоб придбати. Тому по пакетику чаю та кави на гостя і упаковка найдешевших серветок на кухонному столі і відвідувачі будуть дуже вдячні.
