Everything was perfect
Zimmer waren angenehm groß.
Das Frühstück war für europäische Verhältnisse nicht existent. Ein Apfel oder ein Kaffee mit einem Cookie. Das War´s dann....
Das Gebläse der Heizung war überdurchschnittlich laut.
Die zugesandte Rechnung enthielt keinen Rechnungsbetrag, sondern den noch offenen Betrag von 0$. Der korrekte Betrag wurde aber wie vereinbart von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Dieser 0 Beleg ist selbst für eine kreative Buchhaltung nicht zu verwenden.

The room itself was ok- but the cleanliness of it could have been better. Bottom of the cabinet in our room for mini fridge appeared as though it had water damage at one point. Dated tv. Previous patrons hair was in the shower on the walls/floor. Walls in general looked like they haven’t been wiped down in awhile. Bed was comfortable but pillows were not the best.

The room was on the 3rd floor and for the most part quiet.
The elevators were down daily. When I went to check out there was only one person at the desk who spent 8 minutes on the phone with a customer while I waited. Finally a couple of people who were in the back office came out to help; however they had to turn on the computer and it took a while. There were 2 nights in which people occupied the handicapped room next to mine. I was woken up at 12:30 the first night and 11:30 the 2nd night. I called the front desk to help on the 2nd night. The next day I went down to get coffee (I only used housekeeping once during my week stay) and shared my frustration with the loud people next door. The person at the front desk was gracious and said it will be taken care of which she did. I wish breakfast could be included in the stay rather than pay up to $20 a day.

The staff were kind and apologetic for the state of their hotel and our room. My son was offered a free orange juice to compensate some for the NO BREAKFAST :(
There was no breakfast despite stating that there was breakfast available. The hotel is being remodeled and only had 3 other rooms booked. Our toilet didn't flush and the shower did not drain, the bummer of no breakfast the next morning was huge. In addition, the hotel charged an additional $10 for parking which seemed overkill. It's in the middle of an office park and no one was there.

I checked in and asked for a twin bed, willing to pay more but the front desk refused to do it on the spot. She insisted I go back to booking.com to make any changes. (I made may reservation through them). Other Marriotts have done this in the past. She also charged me $10 daily parking for 3 days which I said I didn't need. I was getting picked up and drop off! I didn't see the charge until too late. The hotel was also selling a "faster" internet for more money. So much upselling!!
