Staff was great and the place was calm, perfect for digital nomads. And the views were insane.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable.. foods are very tasty and healthy.

Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Meer (allerdings kann man an der Stelle nicht baden, da die Wellen sehr stark sind).
Neben dem Pool gibt es eine Überdachung unter der man sitzen und aufs Meer schauen kann.
Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal freundlich.
Wir konnten unser Tuktuk in der Anlage parken.
Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Zeit, man kann in der Nähe Surfen und Lagoon Safaris machen.

Este lugar ha sido, sin duda, lo mejor de nuestro viaje por Sri Lanka. Un espacio con todas las comodidades, pero a la vez auténtico, conectado con la naturaleza y con la cultura local. Nos ha permitido vivir una experiencia real, cercana y muy especial.

Queremos hacer una mención especial a Kimi y Raja, que nos han cuidado con una atención y calidez increíbles. Siempre con una sonrisa, pendientes de todo, nos han hecho sentir en casa desde el primer día.

La comida es buenísima, casera, sabrosa y a muy buen precio. Además, organizan actividades como el lagoon safari que fue una experiencia inolvidable.

Vinimos para quedarnos solo unos días y acabamos alargando la estancia porque no queríamos irnos. Nos ha dado mucha pena marcharnos… pero sabemos que volveremos.

Gracias por hacer de este lugar un rincón tan especial.

The environment and view were very calm and pleasant, and we did not experience any disturbances. The pool was nice, though a bit small. However, I was quite disappointed with the breakfast, as the so-called English breakfast only consisted of four slices of bread with jam, butter, and an omelet, which felt very limited.
I have stayed in many hotels across Sri Lanka, and I personally feel that the price here is far too high compared to the facilities provided. I paid $100 for two nights (around Rs. 31,000), which is not reasonable for what was offered. The room had no room service, the toilets were not properly cleaned, and even basic amenities such as shampoo, soap, fresh towels, mosquito repellent, and a hairdryer were missing.
I also feel disappointed with Booking.com. It seems the prices were boosted to gain more income, as on the same day I checked again, the rate had dropped to Rs. 6,000 per night, which was shocking. Furthermore, the photos shown online did not match the reality—the property looked poorly maintained and very different from what was advertised.
Overall, the only positive point was the staff, who were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I have decided not to trust Booking.com in the future.

It's a very quiet place where you can relax and it's very close to the beach were you can have a nice walk. If you like to surf is a very great place, not crowded at all.
The swimming pool is great! Everything is clean and the room we had was spaciuos with big bathroom.
The breakfast was really nice, with fresh juice, some toast and eggs at your choice (scrambled, omelette, fried)
It was very kind to have free bottled water and coffee available at any moment.

We had a blast! Mr Raja and his team made our experience amazing. From the comfy beds to the warmth of the beach, we loved our stay. The staff prepares homey food and we loved the juices too. The beach is so so close and the location is so peaceful but also just a tuk tuk away from the active city center. This was our fav stay in city Lanka.
