Very well maintained facility!
Pros:

Fabianna and the staff always make it a comfortable stay when I check in. Rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfy. Whenever I need to ask for an extra blanket or other amenities, the staff are very nice and respectful! (I also really like that the front desk offers snacks/ personal necessities)

Pros:

Easy parking. Fast check in. Rooms are very clean and spacious.

Cons:

Platform bed frame has sharp corners that stick out, easy to bump your shins. I put pillows over the corners as I and my spouse both banged our shins.

Fantastic room
Pros:

This was my 2nd stay and again it was wonderful. The hotel is spacious and comfortable. The parking is secure and covered which is fantastic when there is snow. My only complaint is the shower curtain. The fabric smelled a bit mildewy, but honestly that is the only thing I have to say that is negative for my entire 5 night stay. I will be back the next time I am in town.

Too many inconveniences for modern travellers!

Cons:

Huge disappointment was the lack of EV charging for guests and paid parking only for guests as an added price!! Online site was misleading saying that there were 2 chargers available not mentioning that they were across the street not with the hotel!
And to get free parking while charging from Honk you had to get 24 hours notice… we got a fifty dollar city parking ticket!! Thank you
Small details like a used pod in the coffee maker and no cups for coffee.
