Pros:

A beautiful hotel with friendly, accommodating staff who were always happy to help. The food was excellent and I honestly wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Overall stay was good
Pros:

The Food was really amazing, specially Baigan Ka Bharta (must try ), they made a very nice setup to celebrate the anniversary, cake was superb, Mr yuvraj (Gm) is a great person with positive attitude

Cons:

Room cleanliness, every after the complain during my stay for the second day my room was not cleaned properly, there was too much dust, cleanliness was not up to the standards at all, i think the housekeeping department needs more training

Rust in de chaos
Pros:

Wat een goede service en klantgerichtheid in dit hotel. Helaas werd ik ziek door de warmte in India. Maar echt dank voor hoe het personeel dat heeft opgepakt. Front desk medewerker Harsh verdient complimenten evenals de vrouw bij het restaurant en assistent manager Iqbal. Niks was te veel en daar ben ik erg dankbaar voor.
