Pros:

Kind staff. Clean.

Cons:

Windows have terrible sound insulation and one hears constant noise from the freeway.
Staff is nice and provides earplugs, but even with those one can still hear the traffic.
Sixth floor noise was terrible. The staff moved me to a "quieter" room on the third that had tolerable noise, but still pretty annoying.
I recommend it only to people used to sleep with noisy backgrounds.

Clean room

Cons:

Large window/ slider allows too much noise in from outside and with the highway right there it was super loud in the room. And then the heater / ac blows right on to bed instead of into room so sleeping on that side is not fun.
