All in all a great place and value with few bad marks.
Pros:

I didn’t have breakfast.

Cons:

There was a long black hair in the shower soap tray and what appeared to be a used towel (possibly from the room cleaner) hanging on the shower curtain rod. Shower head was pulled from the wall a bit and the beauty ring hanging off.

Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and out were fast and efficient. Provided a map and informed me of where is the best place to park. Cute place. Courtyard is nice.

Cons:

The air conditioning was loud. Can hear the people in the room next door, but not too bad.

Can’t think of anything. When the hotel receives its liquor license it will add to the ambiance of guests enjoying a delightful drink with the overwhelmingly polite guest

Good for a one time experience
Pros:

The smell of the rooms were strong. No mater what we did they smell coming from the fridge and in that area in general, was so overpowering. I like that I paired for parking every night on an empty parking lot too.

Cons:

I didn’t like how the people made me feel. The workers seemed to always want to keep track of what you are up to, specially if you are walking in the hotel. So much that my 5 year old noticed and was uncomfortable. Even at the pool! The staff are selective so the treatment changes.& to top it off The pool was cold and the hot-tub was broken.

There is a lot of dust and dirt everywhere. The bedding was dirty and had a lot of black hair on it. The air in the room is very dusty, and the atmosphere feels extremely heavy.

Great Location at a Great Price!
Pros:

I was in town for work and the location of this property was perfect! Easy walking distance with sidewalks the whole way. Also, since it is kind of off the main roads, it was very quiet! There was ample parking, the reception area was very nice including relaxing chairs and a big TV. Best of all - the staff was very nice and efficient!

Cons:

Nothing I did not like! The property is a bit older but everything is clean and convenient. There was a breakfast option in the AM (with an additional cost) and snacks for sale as well but there was not a restaurant real close by.
