It's OK, but.....
Pros:

Only spent one night. It was nice/clean but not exciting. Airport shuttle was really appreciated. Would stay here again.....

This hotel has veen biught by courtysrd. No more pool hot tub or shuttle to AP frim 11pm to 6am 🙁

Pros:

The front desk workers were very friendly. The bed was pretty comfortable. The only reason we chose this hotel was for the pool and jacuzzi. They are closed. There’s also no breakfast. Remodeling going on. The wallpaper in the bathroom was so dirty.

disappointing , until saved by management.
Pros:

The shuttle ride from the airport and back to the airport were very useful and wasn't too long. Management was super welcoming as well as a few other staff members. When talking to the manager about our complaints she was super accommodating , which was immensely appreciated. She was so kind I genuinely felt bad for all of the complaints I'm listing and was able to give me information regarding the issues. Incredibly accommodating with the issues I had ; I also realize that management couldn't help these issue much ,but she did everything that she could to accommodate .

Cons:

The hotel is currently under construction , which wasn't noted anywhere. In some rooms you can't tell ,but our room had a back door to the construction site - only outside light was the back door . Pool permanently closed which was a main draw to this location because the pool area is stunning which also isn't listed til you arrive on site. The restaurant is closed also isn't noted anywhere until asked about breakfast- we knew there wasn't complementary breakfast , but we did pay the additional amount to receive the breakfast there. Seeing the restaurant we assumed it would be hot.We were offered a box of breakfast that didn't include hot food and was out of some of the protein / meat forward options. We rejected the box options and went to the waffle house near by ( always busy because breakfast wasn't complementary and also because the box options weren't the most suitable if you wanted to stay full for long ). We were also told we could have a late check out and would be told that we could upon arrival , but wasn't. When I asked to double check checkout time for 2pm I was told that wasn't possible because the hotel was booked the following day. Which is Information we needed to know because were are from a different state, didn't rent a car and didn't want to get stuck at the airport for additional time if we didn't have to. The following day I spoke with management to clean up after ourselves before checkout and spoke about some of the issues - I requested a partial refund through booking don't com because we paid for breakfast and the breakfast wasn't hot & told by the person at the desk that we would have to go through booking don't com for the refund.

The lady who checked us in was not welcoming whatsoever, which was off putting.

Pros:

The staff tried to get us to cancel because the pool & hot tub were closed. The tv was fuzzy every channel, the tub didn’t drain, the morning staff said she didn’t do breakfast boxes and it was a waste of $10 anyway but if I wanted it I had to wait till the next shift came and we never got the breakfast boxes. Terrible stay

Pros:

The rooms are clean there’s construction going on so there was a lot of dust and a lot of strong paint smell, which was bad. The walls are pretty thin so you could hear the people next-door.
