Ausblick, Klimaanlage, Frühstück

Cons:

Wir konnten nicht pünktlich (um 15 Uhr) ins Zimmer, da die Reinigung noch nicht fertig war, wurden dann wenigstens mit je 2 Freigetränken vertröstet und mussten uns dann, als das Zimmer fertig war, trotzdem noch ein 3. Mal in der Schlange anstellen um unsere Zimmerkarten zu bekommen.
Dies hätte man definitiv freundlicher und zuvorkommender lösen können, vor allem von der einen Dame am Empfang.

Cons:

Personal hat sich ständig über die Gäste beschwert; für 2 Personen im Doppelzimmer benötigt man mindestens 4 Handtücher, nicht nur 2; Frühstück nur durchschnittlich; zu teuer

Cons:

Bei Ankunft erklärte man uns, dass wir aufgrund von Kapazitätsgründen ein DOWNGRADE erhalten haben.
Habe am 9. Februar gebucht, Übernachtung am 10. Juli. Haben wir halt angenommen, weil gibt ja keine alternative. Schade...

Man hat uns ein Frühstück als Entschädigung angeboten, welches wir aufgrund früher Abreise nicht in Anspruch nehmen konnten. Zimmer war trotzdem ok, mini Balkon auch vorhanden.

Ruhige Lage, hübsches Ambiente, freundliche Atmosphäre
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit und die Möglichkeit der spontanen Buchung und Gepäckabgabe, nachdem wir vorzeitig aus einer unangenehmen Unterkunft ausziehen mussten und ein neues Hotel benötigt hatten.

Die Klima-Anlage war bei den aktuellen Temperaturen ein Segen.

Das Hotel war, wie von INDIGO - Hotels gewohnt, absolut schön und gab keinen Anlass zur Beschwerde!

Comfortable but sadly not what I was expecting

The property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

My room was downgraded without my knowing. I booked a room with a big balcony but upon arrival I was told my room would not have the big balcony I was hoping for (and paying for). I got free breakfast as compensation but to be honest, it didnt make it worth it. I paid anyway because we really needed a place to stay. After thinking back of it, it was very disappointing because we booked the room specifically for the big balcony.

Die Lage in diesem schönen Viertel, zu Fuss waren wir in 15 Minuten am Rhein.

Cons:

Dass das Frühstücksbuffet vor 10.30 Uhr abgeräumt wurde....wir sind Späfrühstücker!
