Unfreundliches Personal am Check-in
Nur gegen Mitgliedschaft in irgendeinem Hotelverband konnte man das Zimmer vorab beziehen. Bei Ablehnung musste man Sekundenhaargenau bis 15.00Uhr warten, obwohl das Zimmer frei war. Steht zwar so in den Hotel-AGBs , fühlt sich aber trotzdem wie Abzocke an!
Ebenso sehr teurer Hotelparkplatz.

Top-Hotel, attraktive Lage, ruhig, gute Klimaanlage
Pros:

Ich habe das Hotel ausgesucht, da es nah am Rhein und der Altstadt liegt. Zudem verfügen die Zimmer über eine hervorragende Klimaanlage die sich individuell einstellen lässt. Ich habe deswegen lange im Internet recherchiert, da dies in vielen Hotels ein Problem darstellt (keine vorhanden, oder wird zentral gesteuert, oder zu schwach bzw. defekt). Ein Segen bei Außentemperaturen von über 30 Grad.
Frühstück inkl. Kaffee, Zimmer, Lage haben meine Erwartungen übertroffen.
Besondere Erwähnung das gastorientierte, sympathische Personal.
Nutze fast täglich das vorhandene Gym. Zimmer, Lobby u. Frühstücksraum sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Hotel verfügt über einen grünen Innenhof mit Außenterrasse.

Cons:

Von außen wirkt das Hotel beim ersten Anblick etwas unscheinbar.

Heerlijk.
Pros:

Heerlijk hotel, rustige buurt. Hele mooie kamers met terras of balkon en uitgebreid ontbijt.
2x al gelogeerd en we gaan vast een 3de keer boeken.
