La amabilidad y disponibilidad del personal, comodidad de la cama y el desayuno es fantástico.

Cons:

El hotel dispone de aire acondicionado a muy pocas frigorías y bloqueado en los grados que ellos estipulan por lo que fue un poco incómodo ya que visité París durante una ola de calor bastante fuerte.

Keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik.
Pros:

Konum

Otel, Opéra Metro İstasyonu’na yaklaşık 4 dakika, Pyramides Metro İstasyonu’na ise yaklaşık 6 dakika yürüme mesafesinde bulunuyor. Bu sayede Paris’in neredeyse her noktasına kolayca ulaşmak mümkün. Ayrıca birçok turistik yere yürüyerek gitme imkânı da sunuyor. Paris’i keşfetmek isteyenler için konumunun oldukça başarılı olduğunu söyleyebilirim.

Bölge aynı zamanda güvenli hissettiriyor. Çoğu gün otele gece yarısı civarında döndüm ve herhangi bir olumsuzluk yaşamadım. Gerçi daha geç saatleri deneyimleme fırsatım olmadı; gün boyu Paris’i gezmekten akşamları oldukça yoruluyordum. :)

Temizlik

Otelin genel temizliğini yeterli buldum. Kişisel olarak küvet, duş perdesi ve halı kaplı zeminler hijyen konusunda beni her zaman biraz temkinli yapar. Buna rağmen housekeeping hizmeti düzenliydi; yatak, çarşaflar ve yatak başlıkları temiz ve bakımlıydı. Yatak çok rahat geldi ya da ben çok yorgundum. :)

Çalışanlar

Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Check-out sonrasında valizlerimizi güvenli şekilde muhafaza ettiler. Ayrıca otelde görev yapan Hakan Bey ve Osman Bey’e özellikle teşekkür etmek isterim. Gösterdikleri ilgi ve misafirperverlik konaklamamıza olumlu katkı sağladı.

Cons:

Odadaki minibarın üzerinde, misafirlerin kendi ürünlerini koymamalarını isteyen bir not bulunuyordu. Açıkçası bunu gereksiz ve biraz da anlamsız buldum. Odada bir minibar veya buzdolabı varsa, içerisine ne koyup koymayacağıma misafirin karar verebilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Elektronik olarak stok takibi yapan bir minibar olsa bunu anlayabilirdim, ancak standart bir minibar için böyle bir uyarı bana fazla kuralcı geldi.

Bir diğer konu ise 100 Euro tutarındaki depozito uygulamasıydı. Otelin kendisini güvence altına alma isteğini elbette anlıyorum. Ancak gecelik ücretleri yaklaşık 250 Euro seviyesinde olan bir otelde ayrıca bu tutarda bir depozito alınmasını çok gerekli bulmadım.

A fantastic hotel in an unbeatable location, with exceptional staff and a level of comfort that made our Paris stay trul
Pros:

The location is absolutely top notch and perfect for exploring Paris. Many of the city’s main attractions, restaurants and public transport connections are within easy reach. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and always willing to help, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The bed was incredibly comfortable, honestly one of the best hotel beds I have experienced. Our room overlooked the inner courtyard, making it surprisingly quiet for such a central location, and we slept wonderfully throughout our stay. The shower was excellent as well, with great water pressure and a very pleasant experience overall. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

There was slightly limited space around the toilet, although this is quite typical for many Paris hotels, especially those in central locations, and it did not impact our stay in any meaningful way. The room entrance doors felt a little more traditional compared to the rest of the hotel. The only aspect that could be improved was the elevator, as it was somewhat slow and the doors were rather heavy to operate.
