Shops, cafes, restaurants all at your doorstep. Easy access to metro and bus.
Pros:

The hotel was central and we were able to walk to most all the main sites. Cafes, restaurants and shops all near by. Easy access to metro and buses.

Cons:

When we first walked into the room we had a faint (but still noticeable) smell of cigarette smoke.

We chose this hotel specifically for its strong reviews and because it advertises air conditioning as a standard amenity. Unfortunately, our stay has been defined by a persistent AC failure that the hotel has repeatedly failed to resolve.

At check-in, we were assigned Room 409 and only then informed that the air conditioning on that floor wasn’t working. The solution offered? A fan — in 33°C heat. The room was uninhabitable. We had to go back to the front desk ourselves and push for a room change, which should never have been necessary. To make matters worse, before being moved, staff came to our room to verify we hadn’t taken anything — an unwelcoming gesture given we were the ones being let down.

Room 608 was barely better. Despite being set to 18°C at maximum fan speed by staff, no cold air was audible or felt from the unit. We managed to sleep, but returning to the room at 3 PM the next day — after the AC had been running all day — we found it over 25°C and uncomfortable to the point of perspiration.

When we called the front desk at 5:40 PM, we were told the AC appeared fine on their end and that they’d send up a Dyson fan. Again, a fan. Interestingly, the room did cool down shortly after that call, suggesting something was quietly adjusted — which only confirms the problem was real and fixable all along.

The core failure here isn’t just the AC — it’s the lack of proactive communication and accountability. The hotel was aware of the issue before we checked in and said nothing. Every solution required us to complain first. And offering fans as a substitute for functioning AC,

Struttura e camere moderne, arredate e super funzionali; personale molto gentile; uno degli ospiti era in sedie a rotelle e il personale ci ha sempre assistito nel riporre e riprendere la sedia. Posizione perfetta per spostarsi a piedi verso le principali attrazioni della città.

Hôtel très bien situé, parfait pour un séjour au cœur de Paris.
Pros:

J’ai beaucoup aimé la chambre, les parties communes et l’emplacement.

Cons:

Le fait qu’il n’y ai pas une bouteille d’eau gratuite dans la chambre surtout avec les grandes chaleurs. Beaucoup de décongeler ou industriel au petit déjeuner, c’est dommage pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.
