Great location and it is one of the best near Euston station. I spent considerable time searched for a buffet breakfast in the area last year. I found their excellent restaurant with 7am start, a wide range of choice and a friendly team led by the manager Akbar. Well done and will be my regular when visiting London.
Fantastic Stay with friendly staff
The hotel was in a great location - about a five minute walk to Euston Square station
Firstly our bathroom was full of what I believe to be drain flies. I counted 18 in total over our one night stay. Their presence suggests the drains and pipes in the bathroom have not been cleaned in a while which significantly impacted our stay as we did not enjoy using what felt like an unsanitary bathroom. Upon looking at the sink overflow I saw a significant amount of ‘gunk’. I made reception aware of this on check out and when I mentioned the flies they asked if it was around the drains, which makes me think they were aware of the issue.
Our room also lacked a proper window. When we opened the curtains we were greeted with a direct view of another room’s door. This also meant that we were unable to open the window and gave the room a very musty smell. When booking the room, there was no indication that our room would lack an actual window.
Overall I felt quite underwhelmed given the price I paid for this room. The combination of the flies in the bathroom and stagnant air were very off putting to the extent that I would not stay here again.

We arrived after check in time and were told that the room would be ready in 10 minutes, at that point I checked it was a family room and was assured it was . one hour later we were told it would be five minutes to be ready and that they would find us in the bar. 40 minutes later still no room available. And no one had come to the bar although they claimed they had. There were only two lots of people in there.
When we went to our room, it was only a double not a family. We were then moved to a family room which although they said it was ready had not had a complete clean. It was a room for three people however they were only two towels we asked for a further towel which never arrived. There was also used tampons left in the bathroom bin from the occupant before us.
I thought the room was gloomy. It all needs a bit of a refresh and livening up!

Perfect location if you're using Euston station. We get straight off the train and into the hotel room within 10 minutes. 25 to 30 minute walk down to the west end theatre district.
6 steps from the pavement to reception level in this Victorian building, no accessible access.
Rooms are well appointed, clean fairly quiet. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice, the bar has a small menu for food.

I thought the hotel was located, the rooms were good and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The bed was amazing
ユーストン駅から徒歩3分、キングスクロス駅からも徒歩10分圏内。部屋は広くて快適だった。ツインに宿泊したが日本人には嬉しいバスタブがついていた。朝ごはんはビュッフェでバジルドレッシングのサラダが美味しい。
建物が古いからか、部屋のエアコンが効かなかった。またチェックイン時に予約がされてないと言われたが、担当者が代わるとすぐに予約を見つけてくれた。
