Housekeeping was atrocious.
The location was very convenient and the front desk staff were very nice.
There were no slippers or toothbrushes. The air conditioner in the room was almost useless and the window didn't close tightly. I didn't sleep well for two nights.
Very well located, close to Euston Station. Comfortable and clean room. Very kind staff.

I liked the room, the breakfast, the polite member of staff who accompanied us in.
My brother is a wheelchair user and there was no lift at the main entrance so we were directed to a diode entrance. The side entrance lift had rubbish in it, we were down to a small court yard with bins. We were directed into the kitchens and staff cloak room and I had to push the wheelchair with a lot of my power to get over the steep step to get into the staff section of the hotel. We were then brought into the main hotel, which was clean and tidy and adequate.
We were stuck about whether to leave the hotel because of the difficulties to get a staff member to escort us to the rubbish bins in the courtyard and onto the outdoor.
I cannot claim to know architecture or building, but just brainstorming- could the hotel management not pay an architect or builder out of excess profits to construct a lift on the main entrance removing the right or left section of the steps.
The entrance for disabled people could be at the front and not at the side with the rubbish bins.
Messaged on arrival asking if we needed anything with prompt replied. Great communications

The bed was comfy
I was very disappointed with my recent experience. Firstly, I would like to mention a staff member—possibly named Niteesh—whose manner came across as quite rude. Unfortunately, I also found the bartender on duty yesterday afternoon to be similarly unwelcoming.
Additionally, I was surprised and dissatisfied with how the complimentary drink (offered due to our room not being ready) was handled. We were informed that it was limited strictly to a pint of Stella, with no alternative options available, which felt unnecessarily restrictive and poorly communicated.
The room itself was also uncomfortable, with the temperature set at 25 degrees, making it extremely difficult to relax. Furthermore, the delay in having our room ready caused us to be late for our show, which added significant frustration to the experience.
Overall, this fell well below expectations, and I will be submitting a formal complaint regarding these issues
