Motel 6 - Dayton, OH

The staff are friendly and attentive. There are many restaurants near by. I will definitely stay here again.

If you are a non- smoker, DO NOT stay here. We had a non-smoking room that smelled like a group of smokers were staying next door. There was a planter filled with cigarettes right outside our door. It was disgusting! The room was rough. Patched holes all over the walls and doors, no mirror above sink, shower handles/spout coming out of the wall and ROUGH towels. Our first night there, we were awakened at 3:30am by someone banging on the walls. It woke up the entire building and continued for several hours. The second night, people were partying loudly in the parking lot. Spend the extra $20-$30 a night and stay anywhere else.

The safety is not concerned over there, they can stills you staff any Time. They had to still my food

I really liked staying at this hotel they are very easy going and just made me comfortable also they minded their own business and that’s what I like!i hate nosy hotels that do nothing but to go get into your business most of them are such but not this hotel! Very very comfortable and clean!

For the most part the room was OK. The important part of a stay at a motel is the bed it was very comfortable . Why else would anyone book a room if not to sleep. For those people who are thinking something else. Shame on you! Read the Bible!. The only complaint I have is the smell of cigarette smoke.

This was the worst Motel 6 and worst Motel ever that I have stayed in in my lifetime. First of all there was no trash can anywhere in the room. Second of all the the moment I opened up the door all I smelled was cigarette smoke. And third of all the moment I walked in the floor was sticky.

This is a much better class of people. Hardworking pleasant attitude and even though they are remodeling it is very clean.

The place is good enough for the price. Wasn't fancy, but stuff worked. Was what I needed in a pinch.

The check in was quick and easy. Staff was pleasant. Room clean

Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean but don't expect any frills. A bar of soap is all that's provided for taking a shower. Towels and wash rags are stained. There is a Wal-Mart close by so we went and bought clean towels, shampoo, body wash, wash rags, etc. But they do have a hair dryer. The rooms are really quiet which says a lot because the location is on the other side of the fence from I-675. I was warned about drug activity but didn't see any. However, avoid Studio 6 by the mall because there were five cop cars and a drug bust when we stayed there last week..

Needs upgrades. I am assuming that this hotel is under going renovations

Now that the desk unis was installed, the room functions better.

Budge travellers looking for the best deals. This Motel 6 is in need of some TLC. Everything that we seen needed a through cleaning. the room was clean but it didn't look or feel clean. We asked for a non-smoking room. The first room we were given had a strong smoke aroma. The second room was not as bad, but had been smoked in at some time. The bed spread had a cigarette burn in it and the vanity had several burn marks. If you can't afford more this will do.

The room I stayed in was disgusting. Cigarette burns in bed spread, cigarette burns on tv stand, bath tub was filthy, bathroom floor was filthy. Found a dirty pair of socks that wasn’t ours.

I booked this hotel for my sister and mother whonhas just went through 2 hip replacements. The room was dirty, the bedding had burn hotels in them. They sent me pictures. They were offered to switch rooms but due to my mothers hip replacement it was not possible to keep going back and forth after enduring a 5 hour car ride before arriving at the hotel. I feel a partial refund should be given them.

Water pressure was very low.
No table.
Phone would not allow long-distance call--even when I followed instructions offered by front desk.
The TV remote had no cap for the battery section.

The room was very clean.
The bed was warm and comfortable
The refrigerator and TV worked fine.

found cockroaches and bed begs in room aalso the heat didnt work,,,will never stay there again

The property is a state of remodel. Everything is torn up! Nothing is clean

My non smoking room smelled like someone was in there smoking all the time. Did not feel safe in my room. No shampoo, only a tiny bar of soap. I checked out early and desk clerk seemed annoyed that I woke him. And the only ammenity was coffee in the morning, but apparently that meant mid morning.
