Cons:

Le manque de climatisation (non indiqué lors de la réservation réservation). A l'accueil, on m'indique que la chambre dispose d'un ventilateur et d'un rafraîchisseur, sans pour autant m'en expliquer le fonctionnement. Au final, une chaleur insoutenable dans ce petit appartement. Les 2 fenêtres sans volets exposées à l'ouest, impossible d'ouvrir rideaux et fenêtres avant 21h30...

L'accessibilité aux animations souhaitées et les lignes de transports en commun très proches de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Séjour pendant un week-end des fortes chaleurs, la chambre n'était pas climatisée, juste deux ventilateurs d'appoint, un d'eux faisait beaucoup de bruit. Pendant la nuit on laissait ouvertes les fenêtres pour la fraîcheur extérieure mais le bruit de l'avenue était infernal, on n'a pas bien dormi.

Pros:

It is on the Metro line 7 so one one metro to the centre of Paris with no changes. Rooms were modern and clean. 24-hour reception. Breakfast was not bad.

Cons:

No working air con. They have portable aircon devices but ours didn’t work. Nothing permanently built into rooms. Also extremely limited amount of public space outside of your apartment.

Hotel parfait.
Pros:

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet apart hôtel 2 adultes et 1 enfant l emplacement est idéal pour visiter Paris car la ligne 7 de porte de la villette nous conduit direct sans correspondance presque tous les sites. Le Personnel extrêmement aimable et serviable, apparemment très calme et très propre et très bonne literie. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel juste en face de la cité des sciences et a 150m du métro.plusieurs petits commerces aux alentours. Adresse que nous allons garder précieusement.

Osoblje je bilo super i hrana je bila dobra. Odlicno je sto nam je metro bio pored hotela pa nismo imali problem s prijevozom do centra.

Pre visoka cijena za pre mali i neudoban smjestaj, nema klime i nije izrdzivo po noci.
