Great staaff,esp front desk and Naomi!

Air cond/Heater goes off and on/can't seem to have constant "white Noise"

Pros:

Nice location, architectural interesting.

Cons:

Not clean. Noisy. Uncomfortable bed. Dark, lighting in room was poor. Outdated bathroom. Our plumbing failed. Breakfast was a joke. Yogurt and a poor selection of fruit. We’ll never stay here again.

What a great find!! Would highly recommend choosing this hotel.
Pros:

Exceptionally friendly, helpful service from housekeeping to front desk.

Cons:

Could use more light in rooms/bathrooms for putting on makeup but appreciate the relaxing ambiance of subdued lighting. A small frig and microwave in the room would have added to our experience,but not a biggie.

Very clean comfortable room

Cons:

Late night noises second night the couple staying next to us Came back at 2 am loudly and no consideration for other guests, I'm still awake that is why I'm submitting my review.

It was Magical!

It was incredibly comfortable and clean! You could actually control the temperature in your room so it wasn’t super hot during the winter!
