Hier kann man es länger aushalten. . .
Pros:

Sehr großzügige Anlage. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer (gross) mit Balkon und zusätzlich Sitzgelegenheit vor der Tür (Tisch, Stühle und Sonnenschirm).

Cons:

Laut Booking ist das Frühstück inklusive- stimmt nicht. Es gibt rin Restaurant in der oberen Etage, dort kann man frühstücken- sehr lecker, direkt vor Ort zu bezahlen.

Cons:

We had a bad experience, after driving more than 10 hours we just wanted to take a bath and rest! But what was the surprise that there were ants in the room, bed, and restroom, they never answered us in reception, we went to the front and they said that the housekeeping was going to the room, we waited for them and no one arrived… we decided to leave and so far they have not solved anything about to get my refund.

I love this property as its very nice friendly and very Santa Fe style.

Cons:

Only a few aspects were not to my satisfaction: the lighting was insufficient both inside and outside, including Ani. Additionally, the carpet inside the property was beautiful, exemplifying the Santa Fe style, but it was covered with numerous stains. Furthermore, the interior colors created a dark ambiance, making the space appear quite gloomy.

Understaffed. Poor and unresponsive service. Many of the nicer amenities were costly add ons.

Pros:

Great pool and hot tub area, beautiful property. Rooms are spacious and very nice.

Cons:

The bathrooms don’t have a vent so they stay humid and the ceiling drips. My reservation said breakfast included and when I checked in the staff member also said there would be a continental breakfast included; however the next morning a different staff person told us very shortly the breakfast service was cancelled.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Location was excellent. Parking was excellent.

For this price I expected a fridge in the room. BR needs update. Hall carpets were old and stained.

Good value for the cost if you don't mind being near the plaza.
Pros:

The suites are huge . You get twice as much space as if you stayed down town . Great for families. The best breakfast and views in Santa Fe in the upstairs restaurant (not included).

Cons:

Rooms are a little dated , a little dark. The free breakfast in the lobby consisted of a little muffin, coffee , tea , apples , and a little boxed cereal (not worth the walk).

One of the best.
Pros:

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff were very helpful, accommodating and everyone was friendly.

Enjoyable, a few quirks!
Pros:

The staff was fantastic and so friendly to accommodate a few issues we encountered. The pool area was lovely and very relaxing!

Cons:

We unfortunately needed to change rooms multiple times due to maintenance issues and cleanliness. Once we were settled into our final room we were really comfortable and happy! The staff is wonderful and the property has so much potential if the owners would really invest in upkeep.

The property was a perfect location for us. We had a fabulous time at the wedding we attended at a nearby Luxy hotel.
Pros:

It was an attractive property for the vibe of the area. Some of the property had been updated. The pool was welcoming. Most of the staff was very accommodating.

Cons:

There was no restroom in the front desk area so you had to take an elevator to the third floor. The elevator was insanely slow. There were no grab bars in the bathtub. The toilet was very, very low so anyone with issues would have a very hard time getting off it. One of the front desk people argued about our free breakfast, even though we had made arrangements for it with our reservation. She did give it to us reluctantly. It was difficult to find places to eat around there, but you could have food brought in.
