SureStay Hotel by Best Western Ontario Airport

Staff very frienly and polite..

Checked in and given key. Went to room and someone still in room. Went back to front desk. Was told person in room was not updated in system. Given another key and new room. Felt a little inconvenienced.

Helpful breakfast staff, but horrible breakfast...
Front door to hotel was broken. I was disappointed that they didn't clean the room between nights, but the location was great and the price was right.

Room was a bit dated. The elevator was sketchy. The light where you get coffee in the lobby and the ice machine in the lobby didnt work. To get ice you had to go up to the 3rd floor. Breakfast was meh. Overall, it was an okay experience. The guy that checked me in (wish I got his name...he was tall and slender) was fantastic!

Great for a quick night

My wife got locked out of the room after dropping off at the airport. She went back to the room and her key card didn't work. She went down stairs to the 24 hour man front desk and no one was there. She called me while i was at the airport waiting for my plane to leave. And i told here to call the number there the phone just rang. So she waiting a few minutes at the inside hotels clerk window after wsit a few she went to the car to wait. She was in the car for 2 hrs before someone picked up the phone at the front desk. This is unacceptable for a place that says they have twenty four hour front desk service. I truly feel that I should be confiscate i'll return my money

Still haven’t been refunded my deposit and when I called the person who does that is never there.

Im impressed for the cleanliness. Safe. Although not very quiet bec the freeway is literally not far away, but they still managed to stay quiet. Comfortable stay & highly recommended. Thank you.

Been here before. Same nice people in middle of the night. Nice breakfast before taking off for trip.

Best quality facility and service that I have experienced on a two week trip
Rooms in good condition. Very comfortable and well cleaned.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay. The room was in unacceptable condition: blood stains were visible on the sheets and pillowcases, the chair was badly stained, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close. On top of that, water leaked from the shower, causing puddles outside the tub and creating a slipping hazard.

We immediately went to the front desk, asked for a refund, and moved to a different hotel. The lack of upkeep and cleanliness was completely unacceptable, and no guest should have to deal with conditions like this. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

Everything was pleasant...even the oatmeal with the almonds, walnuts, brown sugar & cranberries
