Perfect If You’re Testing At Pearson VUE In Downtown Concord
Pros:

I stayed here the night before needing to take a standardized test at the Pearson VUE center in Concord, NH. This Hampton Inn was less than 10 minutes away, so it’s a great place to consider if you need a place to stay before your exam. I cannot remember his name, but the gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was so incredibly kind and considerate. He was more than willing to go above and beyond to make the stay perfect. The rooms were clean, the hallways were quiet, there was ample parking, and the hot breakfast the next morning was fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Best hotel experience ever!
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. I was expecting a continental breakfast and it was so much more. I would recommend more than one waffle maker though! A very popular station.

Cons:

Guest kids playing ding dong ditch. Fortunately we were on the 3rd floor backside so it only happened once.

Pros:

The hotel itself was perfectly fine—comfortable, clean, and met expectations—but what truly set this stay apart was the exceptional service from the management team.

I encountered an issue with my booking through a third‑party vendor and needed a refund for a night I did not stay. What could have easily been dismissed as “out of their hands” was handled in a completely different way. For three weeks after my stay, the managers consistently and proactively contacted the vendor on my behalf, following up again and again to secure answers and advocate for my refund.

Their persistence, communication, and genuine support went far beyond anything I expected. It was clear they truly cared about resolving the issue and doing right by their guest—not because they had to, but because they wanted to.

I am incredibly grateful for their efforts. This experience genuinely made me reevaluate what great customer service looks like and set a new, very high standard. While the hotel was good, the leadership and service were absolutely outstanding!

Staff is the best!
Pros:

The staff was so kind and helpful. And went above and beyond to fix a billing mistake caused by booking.com. We really appreciated that. Thank you!

We also were traveling with a dance team and the staff last minute accommodated us all getting rooms close together. Thank you!

Everything! Clean, updated, great customer service, great breakfast, pool area awesome! Comfy beds!

Cons:

Nothing! My only recommendation would be to use pet friendly salt on the entrance and side walks since you are a pet friendly hotel!
