Great location for a 1 night stop.
It was great and cant find a fault with the hotel based in what we paid, woukd stay here again.
The staff was very helpful.
There was no light next to a mirror, so when your partner is in the shower, you can't put on makeup, as there's not enough light in the room.
The hotel was very nice with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The breakfast was good with a rotating selection of hot foods.
This is very minor, but the paper coffee cups all leaked! I'm pretty slow at drinking my coffee and every morning would end up with a puddle from the bottom of the cup...advice to other travelers: keep the plastic wrap that the cups come in to catch the drips :-D

Good location for stopover heading north, very friendly staff
Spacious, comfortable and clean room. Good breakfast. Conveniently located close to the motorway 5 minutes from downtown. Great value for money.
Nothing
For years, this had been our go-to hotel in the Concord, NH area. The location is great; it's nice and quiet (unless you're beneath the a/c unit on the roof or have an under-window a/c unit) and generally very clean. The staff used to be consistently friendly. It felt almost like returning home, to visit this hotel... and so we did, regularly. Breakfasts were reliable. Parking was easy. Rooms were spacious and we liked the greeting on the TV (as Hilton Honors members) when we first entered the room.
Our last visit was definitely our last visit. We caught the hotel overcharging us; we could have had the same room - or a better one - for a far lower price if we'd booked online. (When called out, they refunded us the $52 overpayment.) And, while some past rooms at this hotel had been great, this one was dirty, and the a/c rattled loudly in the middle of the night. (The hotel then offered to move us to another room, though we'd been initially told it was the last available room.) The bigger problem is the desk staff, or at least one woman in particular. Her extreme rudeness and sarcasm convinced us never to visit this hotel again.

My only complaint is that the website says heated pool, the room the pool is in was heated the pool (water) was not
The room was clean.
Abby at the front desk was not personable. She was short and not welcoming during the check in process. She never gave a proper greeting of hello or welcome to the hotel, just are you checking in. She rushed through the check in process like she had better things to do and didn't ask if I had any questions. Not the treatment I expect after spending so much to stay at the hotel.

Lost my AirPods
Stayed here for a work trip. First the staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. One of our employees had a medical issue and young blonde haired lady at the front desk helped us find a urgent clinic that was nearby to get the issue resolved. The rooms were decent, but older. The AC and TV were not working well. We would turn the TV on and start watching and then it would loose connection. We let the front desk know and they recommended checking the cables. We did. Next day turned the Tv on, and the same thing would happen. The AC in the rooms were not reliable either. We would come back and the room would be humid and smelled like a locker room. The gym facility was also nice. Overall was a descent hotel despite the minor issues. Staff really made the experience though.
