Wonderful stay for our family!
Pros:

Our stay was perfect and great location close to malls and restaurants. Breakfast was amazing so delicious each morning. Kitchen staff and housekeeping was on it and very friendly. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Fitness area was perfect. We will definitely stay here again!

Cons:

I wish the pool would have been heated.

Good location and good price. Request for room that doesn't have window facing freeway. Staff nice.
Pros:

I think the breakfast was okay. The waffle was the best in my opinion. I liked the location, very close to freeway access and also close to relatives we were visiting.

Cons:

I didn't like the room window facing the freeway. I had difficulty sleeping due to it.

Okay,but definitely could have been better
Pros:

I liked that the location,was familiar to me( shopping,food,entertainment etc) and the breakfast for the wide selection. Other guests were all polite

Cons:

The hostess upon check in was complaining to another employee about someone else. It took her approx 4-5min before she acknowledged me and my Mom.The ice machine on my floor didn't work and there was No signage. So everytime I wanted ice I had to go to the 2nd floor-which you could tell the guests on the floor didn't follow the rules of No smoking. The carpet in the room felt dirty, like it needed to be deep cleaned not just vacuumed. I asked for clean towels and never got them.
